We're loving these during slow moments here at the home office. Every Magnedart set includes a pair of 2-3/4" long mini-darts with very powerful rare-earth magnets where the spears usually are, along with a 5-3/4" dia foam board with a hanging hole and a blank, white vinyl surface (with steel under it). Use the board as it is, or customize it with a dry-erase marker or a photo of the boss. Or play file-cabinet darts across the top of, say, five cubicles. Newspaper Sudoku not tough enough for you? You show-off. Try solving the Sudokube®, the evil spawn of a rogue Rubik's Cube® and a wayward Sudoku maiden. You twist away at the 2" x 2" black-and-white plastic cube, until each of the (6) sides displays digits 1 through 9. Extra credit if they're all in the right order with the numbers facing the same way. Only took us 12 minutes, but we used a hacksaw and some epoxy. Packaging says it's "For Ages Over 5." Right.

Looks like a ring-toss game, but you'll have frustrated rugrats on your hands if they try to toss these soft beasties (a ring-shaped lion, hippo, zebra, monkey, snake and toucan, approx 3" to 5" dia) onto the stuffed, 14" tall palm tree they fit over. It's really a stacking game for toddlers, who won't hurt themselves when they bang the cooshy beasts on their heads. Extremely cute and fuzzy.

Jacob's Ladder

It's nice to know that some things don't change. One is the Jacob's Ladder. Still made with (6) slabs of wood, each about 2" x 2" x 1/2", each a bright combination of colors, and all connected by a contrasting ribbon. Hold one end up and let the string of slabs dangle. When you flop the top block end for end, each lower slab in turn will flop end for end. Fascinating. Particularly if you are about 5 to 9 years old.

That's the name of the game, not the quantity. The "101" game comes with a deck of (54) cards, (21) game chips, and instructions with three variations -- 101, Poker 101, and Cutthroat 101. From (2) to (7) people can play with a single deck, up to (14) can play if you order (2) sets. For ages 8 to adult.
