Paint Can Converter
Turn any standard 1-gallon paint can into an easily re-sealable, spill-resistant, screw-cap container. The plastic lid snaps tightly into the can and has 2" ID mouth with a screw-cap. Keeps leftover paint from drying out and, even better, keeps your kids (or you) from dumping a gallon of Lizard-Lip Pink latex onto the hardwood floor while you're painting the living room. Much easier to pour from, too.

Punch Set
Punch 1/8" to 1/2" holes in leather, balsa wood, etc., with this set of (9) steel punches. The punches, which come in a fitted black-plastic carrying case, are 1/2", 7/16", 25/64", 3/8", 5/16", 1/4", 3/16", 5/32" and 1/8". They are 3-1/4" to 3-3/4" long, with knurled grips, imprinted sizes, and side slots to allow the slugs to fall out.

New hope for the butter-fingered. The Handy Band is a 3-1/2" wide black-canvas wristband, secured by a hook-and-loop strap, with (9) thin magnets inside to grab onto nails, screws, bolts, nuts, washers and all the other ferrous-metal stuff you drop on the floor, down drains, and under things while you're fixing or installing them. Magnets have approx 1/2 lb pull. Measures 10" long, so you could also strap it around your Chihuahua, if you can train him to stand still while you work.

This Is On The Level
Has to be. That's its job. Our Mayes 3-in-1 Swivel Laser Level operates on a pair of "AA" batteries, included, and the bottom is magnetic, as well as having retractable pushpins to hold it in place on a wall. Measures 4-3/4" x 2-11/16" x 1-1/2" and can be angled to any of 180° with 5° graduations. Works as laser line, laser cross, or as a laser pointer. Very nice price.

Really Big Retriever
Like a 300-lb Labrador for the shop. Our ceramic lift magnet is mounted in a metal housing with swivel that will attach to a standard threaded broom handle or painter's pole. Will lift approx 65 pounds, enough to retrieve microwave ovens from storm sewers or pull a small outboard motor from the bottom of a lake. Maybe.
