Our simulacamera looks like the real thing, even though it isn't, with an activation light and a quite real motion detector that causes the "camera" to pan from side to side. The unit measures 3-3/4" x 2" x 2" with a 1-1/4" dia lens. It's mounted on an adjustable 4" x 1-1/8" x 3/4" arm attached to 3-1/8" dia baseplate with (2) 3/16" mounting holes. The angle adjusts from 45 to 180 degrees, and the motion detector starts the head swinging 20 degrees in either direction for approx (15) seconds. Takes (2) "AA" batteries, not included, but does include mounting screws and mollies-and a tiny, tiny price.

A 100db+ chirping, like an angry 800-lb canary, erupts when the 2-1/8" x 1/2" x 1/2" reed-switch strip is separated from the 2-7/16" x 1-1/4" x 3/4" sound module. Comes with an 8 OHM driver that can be driven by a 25V or 70V RMS line; a transformer with taps at 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 4, or 8W (3dB increments); strobe light sync input; and external speaker jumpers. Blares (whoop..whoop..whoop) at approx 110 dB, even though its indoor/outdoor beige-painted hinged-front steel housing is only 7" square x 6-1/2" deep. Housing has an adjustable throw on both the door and back to discourage tampering, with breakouts on opposite sides and the back of the housing. The 12VDC horn itself is white plastic, 5" dia x 5-7/8" deep, mounted on a pivotable 3-1/2" x 2-3/4" bracket with 11" leads. The horn slides out of the steel case easily. If you don't need it for the horn, the case would make a good outdoor speaker housing.
