Open, close or move whatever with this mighty little 3-12VDC 4RPM gear motor designed to operate a vent in a Chrysler product. Draws just 15mA no-load and stalls at 200mA. Output is via a 1/2" dia x 1/2" long sprocketed shaft. The case measures a diminutive 4-1/8" x 3-1/4" x 1" thick with (3) arms with 1/4" mounting holes. No leads, but the gearbox pops open to get into it and there are (2) terminal clips that hit the motor.

From Germany's Faulhaber, this 12VDC precision motor draws only 75mA no load, and has 1.9 in/oz of torque. Spins 8100 rpm. The motor measures 7/8" dia x 1-5/8" long with a 3/8" long x 1/16" dia shaft out the back and an 18-tooth, 5/16" dia sprocket on the front. There are bearings on both ends of the shaft. It's inside a 1-3/16" plastic frame the length of the motor with (4) 3/32" dia mounting holes. Works well from 3-12VDC, our motor-minded technician says, plus it's "OK for short term use up to 24VDC, and makes a pretty nice little generator, too." Has (2) 3-1/2" leads.

Great for a tight space, this flat 12 VDC motor is 5-1/2" dia x only 2-1/8" thick, made to fit into the engine compartment of a small car. The 9/16" long x 5/16" dia shaft has a pressure-fit pin and a groove for a retaining ring. With no load, it's 1800 rpm and 550 mA at 6 volts, and 4000 rpm and 750 mA at 12 volts. Pushed to 24 volts, it hits 6300 rpm. It's reversible, has (7) 3/16" mounting holes, and a double 9" lead ending in a 2-pin connector. Brand new, very good torque, and a real beauty.
