Nifty Plastic Gear Set
Made as a repair kit for Xerox® drive motors (kit part #600K24560), these (3) white plastic gears are crying out for a home in someone's robotics lab. The largest is 1-1/2" thick OA with an 8mm bore. The gear is 1-7/8" dia with 46 teeth/24 pitch, the spindle is 1-1/16" dia with 25 teeth/24 pitch. The middle one is 3/4" thick OA with a 6mm bore. That gear is 1-5/8" dia with 74 teeth/48 pitch, the spindle is 11/16" dia with 15 teeth/24 pitch. The smallest is 1-5/16" thick OA with a 6mm bore. The gear is 1-1/4" dia with 38 teeth/32 pitch, the spindle is 7/8" dia with 21 teeth/24 pitch.

Gear Up
Or gear down-for the science fair or for any number of hobby projects. This hard-to-find set of (3) combination spur/beveled gears-for when you want gears set either straight or at 90° to one another-also has one small spur gear, plus three bushings. All in red, green, or blue plastic (we'll pick). The combo-beveled gears are 1-5/8", 1-1/4" and 27/32" dia with 3/16" bores to accept the bushings, which are 3/16" OD, 3/32" ID. The straight gear is 17/32" dia with a 1/16" half-bore. All are 24 pitch.

Right Angle Driver
Direct that power right where you want it. Inside the metal box are a couple of gears and shafts; what counts, though, is the way it lets you turn a shaft at a 90° angle, with no loss of power. 1/4" splined shaft couplings, male at one end and female at the other. 2" x 1-3/4" x 1" thick overall.

Sprockets
We have a gaggle of sprockets, all plastic, all made to handle #25 chain (which has 1/4" spacing between adjacent links.) In the listing below, we list them by the number of teeth and nominal diameter x bore diameter. Further details of mounting and fastening are explained in the comments.

Missing Link
Or extras. You pick. This chain was originally made for Stanley garage door openers. Order a 10-ft section of #48 single-roll roller chain with (3) master links to make one (1) 5-ft loop, or a few smaller loops, or just get 10 feet of plain chain, without a master link.

60 At 60°
This black-plastic helical gear leans toward the unusual. It is 2" dia x 3/16" thick, with its (60) teeth set at about a 60° angle. A 1/4" dia steel shaft extends 9/16" on one side. On the second side, the side with the 1/4" x 7/16" dia bushing, the shaft extends an additional 1-3/16". Definitely a new slant on gears.

Pull, Pull, Pull Your Boat
A couple of pulleys just ready to be combined into the block and tackle you need for tiny jobs, like trimming your bonsai trees or hauling your model boat out of the pond. Get blocks with (1) or (2) sheaves and rig up whatever you need. Each block has an aluminum frame about 3–1/2” long with “S” hooks on each end. The sheaves, or wheels are about 2” dia x 1/4” wide, with a “V” groove that looks perfect to handle 1/8” or smaller Venetian blind cord. These dudes are perfect for demonstrating mechanical advantage in the physics lab!! But not for heavy lifting.

V-Belt
Ve vant you should buy zees belt, if you need a type 3L300 belt for variable speed apps. It's 3/8" wide x 7/32" thick (1/4" where it hits the sprocket), approx 27-3/4" running inches, vith a 10" ID when round. Vich makes it a really, really big hat band, or just the thing for a backyard ring-toss game.

Gang Chain
The perfect chain for biker jewelry or high-speed drives. It's #48 single strand chain (1/2" pitch, 1/8" roller width, 5/16" roller dia, 1/8" pin dia). The 24-3/4" is a straight length with no connecting link.

Pull
We wouldn't try to winch a 6-cylinder engine up on this white-plastic pulley, but it spins freely, has a deep track and is fine for a light load. (We guesstimate no more than a 40-lb lift.) The 4" dia x 3/4" wide pulley has a 1/2" wide track. The inverted T-bracket hangs by a 7/16" bore.
