A frogfull turns out to be about 3-1/2 oz, of slime or anything else. In this case, it's rainbow slime. Quite attractive just sitting inside the squatty transparent plastic frog, but unscrew the frog's, uh, bottom, and you can have hours of slimy fun with the multicolored contents. When you're done, just slip the slime back in the bottom of the happy, hoppy amphibian and put him on the desk until the slime-time rolls around again.

You get a pair of these "Rattlebacks," 3-3/4" long translucent acrylic half-ovals (like the bottom half of a submarine) that refuse to turn clockwise. Place them rounded-side-down, spin them clockwise and watch them rattle to a stop and reverse direction. The scientific explanation is that their mother, Mrs. Acrylic, was once frightened nearly to death by a cuckoo clock in the Black Forest.

Our helicoptering remote-control space-boy flies like a mini-gyronaut, and has flashing red lights on his (or her-it's hard to tell in the space suit) little derriere as a bonus. Looks like a 3" tall flying teletubber with two sets of 5-1/4" dia propellers sprouting out of his head. Includes a rechargeable Lithium polymer battery for power. Flies approx 10 minutes per charge and recharges in a few minutes from a charger that takes (8) "AA" batteries that you supply. Remote works on (3) button-cell batteries, included, and has up/down control plus trim for left/right balance. More fun than a barrel of NASA engineers.

When it's your bat, they have to let you play. Better bring the gyroscopic Batwing Flyer". This 2-3/8" dia rubber ball has a spinning gyro center and 9-1/2" long molded rubber bat wings. Practice with it a little (it's a bit like throwing a slider) and you can throw it like a ball and watch it fly like a bat. Complete with little bat eyeballs.

This sinister device seems at first glance to be an innocent ping-pong ball. Touch both of the metal strips on the weighted bottom, however, and a circuit closes, making the ball flash red and moan eerie electronic sounds. Can be used to illustrate the idea of an electric circuit to children-show how electricity can flow through a chain of people holding hands, or that a little dampness can improve conductivity, et cetera. Powered with two watch batteries (included) so there is no danger of shock.

Oh, yesssss, it's Mr. Bill himself, an American icon with more Saturday Night Live appearances than Alec Baldlose. He's here in a handy 5-1/2" tall version, which could be life-sized for all we know, and ready to bend and pose to your heart's content. We recommend keeping him in a desk drawer, taking him out when people ask you to do stuff you don't want to do and saying: "read his lips."

You may well have wondered where the boneless chicken breasts in your local supermarket come from. The answer is from boneless chickens. And we have some life sized rubber models of the birds to prove it. Modeled from life, they are shown plucked and as they might appear hanging in the poultry store window. Seeing is believing, at least in Missouri, so get one and look.

The best marble runs on the planet were invented by a 12-year-old in New Jersey named Jake Hoffman and we got ’em right here. The Wall Coaster has over 13 feet of fun including (23) pieces of track and tube plus (8) marbles, (4) of them glow-in-the-dark. The Extreme Stunt Kit is even more fun with a six-foot drop, (30) pieces of track and tube, change-ups, catchers, “crazy circles” and zig-zags, plus (4) marbles. All the parts are compatible with the Wall Coaster. Both sets include tack adhesive for mounting the systems. These things have a way of getting out of hand, so you might want to stock up on extra HangTak™, the reusable sticky stuff made for mounting posters, pics, notices and daredevil marble runs to walls without damaging painted surfaces. (Test surface before using.) You get (4) sticks 2-1/8" x 3/4" x 3/8" each. Fun!

These are not only tops in our book, but there are a dozen of them. Plastic tops, approx 3" dia, with assorted diffraction grating patterns on top. Discs with very short axes, they cling close to the surface of whatever they're spinning on, which is cool. Safety-tested to be free of lead and other nasty stuff.
