Kudos to the customer who knows what these are. (Quick - cover up the rest of this write-up while you look at the picture!) They're big oval suction cups of solid but flexible white rubber. Molded cylinders rising from them are about 1" deep x 1-1/4" od. The insides are threaded, a standard plunger size. The double sucker with (2) cylinders is 4" x 7-1/4". The triple, with (3), is 4-5/8" x 9-3/4". Candle holders for sailboats? Antler holders for reindeer costumes? Dime collectors for dashboards? Okay. Okay. They're made to grab onto the bottom of a bar sink and hold fat brushes with threaded handles. A quick twist of an upside-down beer glass, and it's washed. We liked the antler idea better.

The basswood may have half a dozen 5" long x 2" square pieces, 8" x 3" sheets, and a whole bunch of 1/16" to 1/8" strips. Whatever the variety of sizes, either bag will total approx 72 cubic inches in all, which is more than it sounds like.

Fiberglass rod, 3/16" dia. It is quite stiff, but flexible and we will give you a 10 ft length coiled. Nice yellow plastic coating. Since the world court has ruled out caning, you are going to have to come up with your own use for it.

Enough balls to make a beauty of a bearing! The 5/16" dia steel balls arrived in a case pack marked Grade 500. We don't know what it means, either, but we're very impressed with their potential! Bonus! Some may even have some light rusting.

But they come off. The feet. What we have here is a pair of 8" dia glass disks, 1/8" thick with lightly ground edges, each with (3) clear rubber feet on the bottom. The feet peel right off if you need the disks of glass for something else (attn: porthole makers) but they're nice oversized coasters, plant stands, or sushi trays as they are.

A good dowel is always a good buy, and we’ve got some good dowels at great prices! These wood dowels come from the Southeast Asian ramin tree (not related to the ramen noodle). It’s a hardwood, a very nice blonde color and moderately heavy. The dowels are strong, stainable, and warp–resistant. All are 12” long; a package is (22) 1/8” dia dowels, (10) 1/4” dia, (5) 1/2” dia or (2) 1” dia dowels.

Another gem plucked from the A.S.&S. mirabilia. The shape and size of a hen egg, this opaque stone (or matte-finished glass - we're not sure which) is interesting in itself. Touched with a red penlight in a dark room, the entire egg becomes a brilliant ruby color. Blue light/blue egg, etc. Fun and fascinating, and with a little sleight of hand, a sure way to convince the plebeians that you have some mysterious metaphysical power.
