Little-bitty horseshoe magnet, for traditionalists. Just 1-1/4" across x 1" x 5/16" thick. Red-painted Alnico, with approx 2.9 lbs of pull (ignore the 2 lb on the label) it includes a little steel keeper for when it's not sticking to a tiny horse's foot.

Monster Sheet Magnet
It's the biggest fridge magnet in the world, 47-3/4" long x 7-1/4" wide x .024" thick. It's red vinyl, with a corner lopped off 4" from one end and a 1/4" wide mottled white strip around the edges-and it's just crying to be written on with a marker, dry-erase or otherwise. Stick it on the door vertically and write a two-month grocery list on it. Cut it up and make hundreds of fridge magnets. Stick it on the side of the car or truck and make your own custom, removable sign.

We've Got A Handle
Well, we've got a handle on this one, anyway. And it needs one, cuz it'll grab onto (and hold onto) 100 lbs if the surface is flat. Which means you've got an instant handle for moving big steel stuff. With its open-ended handle, it even works as a no-installation hook on an I-beam. Handle and magnet together are 5" long x 3-1/2" tall x 1' thick, with a plastic body for the ceramic magnets, and a rubberized grip. Paul says it's quite, well, handy.

Interesting Ceramics
Ceramic magnets, 15/16" dia x 3/16" thick. One side has a 5/16" sq that goes through to a steel plate is octagonal, 9/16" across with a 3/16" dia hole in the center. The plate allows flexible mounting of the 3/4 lb lift magnet. The other interesting feature is that the ceramic appears to have many poles around the rim, (4 ea N and S). This may be a focussing effect of the insert, though.

Hang On There
Looking for a very, very, very long refrigerator magnet? At 15 ft, this 7/16" wide x 1/16" thick magnetic strip should just about go up one side, across the top, and down the other side. It's flexible, but can be broken if bent back against itself -- which means that small children can make craft magnets without having to cut the strip or themselves! We love it when a plan comes together!

These tiny alnico magnets are a mere 3/8" long x 1/8" dia cylinders, slightly larger than ice-cream jimmies, with approx 1/4-oz lift. They could hold sticky notes that have lost their sticky, and they hang on to each other end-to-end really nicely, so a bunch of them are fun to play with as a desktop toy, but they're really great for magnetic reed switches. Mighty Micro Magnet
Absurd strength in this rare earth magnet proves once again that size doesn't matter. Half the size of your pinky nail, the 3/16" x 3/8" x .05" thick magnets can lift 7 oz. of steel and are polarized on their ends not on their flat sides. It's .5 grams and strongest on its ends. Great for use with reed switches. Very, very bad to have around credit cards.
