Life too dull? You need a whetstone, and this one, while it's not a stone at all, is a big improvement. It's a 4-sided diamond sharpening block, 6" long x 2-1/2" on a side, sitting snugly in a wooden holder with slip-resistant rubber feet. The sides are 200, 300, 400 and 600 grit, so you can work your way up to a razor's edge on knives, chisels, or anything that needs a little edge.

Here's a set of (5) tiny embedded-diamond files, just in case you have some tiny embedded diamonds that need filing. They are 3-1/8" long OA, with rubber handles. The file portions are 1 mm to 2 mm wide, with assorted pointed-round, pointed-flat, and blunt-flat tips at 150 grit.

Power Tool Pads
Power Wool(tm) pads from NicSand were made to fit 5" disc sanders and 8-hole vacuum sanders, but we like them as steel wool pads that happen to be self-adhesive. There are (3) 5" pads in each pack. Each pad has (8) holes in it. The cleaning and stripping pads for metal and painted/varnished/urethaned surfaces are an extra-fine "0" grade. For smoothing and deglossing between coats, they are an ultra-fine "00" grade. For finishing and polishing the coated finishes, a micro-fine "0000" grade. Nice quality. Made in the U.S.A.

Just Plane Raspy
Handy little block-plane-style rasp with a replaceable blade. The package says it's a "5 inch rasp plane" but it's actually 5-1/2 inches, which is good, because that's the standard size of the replacement blades you can get anywhere. Lightweight steel, measures 5-1/2" long x 2-1/16" x 1-5/8" wide at the blade.
