High Power Relay
A big guy. This chassis-mounted relay is rated for 30A at 300VAC, 15A at 600VAC, 25A at 28VDC, 1 hp at 120VAC, and 2 hp at 240VAC. Coil will draw approx 40mA at 120VAC, and needs at least 80VAC to engage the (2) sets of SPST contacts. Measures 2" x 1-3/8" x 1-1/2" with 1/4" Q/D terminals on the bottom and a 1/8"-32 mounting hole and a mounting tab on one side. Deltrol part number 23063-70

Wanna Toggle?
The correct answer is "I don't know; I've never toggled." If, however, you just want to turn something on and off, here's a choice of toggles for your switching delectation. The DPDT toggle is rated for up to 20A at 125VAC and has screw terminals below. Measures 1-1/4" x 1-3/4". No center-off position. The first DPST toggle is rated for 20A at 125VAC or 15A at 250VAC. Screw terminals on the bottom. Measures 1-5/16" x 3/4". The smaller DPST toggle is rated for up to 4A at 125VAC or 2A at 250VAC. Has 3/16" spade terminals on the bottom and measures 1" X 9/16". All the toggles come with switch-plates and mounting nuts.

Mighty Nice
Need a small solenoid with a big attitude? Our 24-Hour Electro-Mechanical Conversion Testing Department tells us these are both "pretty nice little solenoids." (They talk like that.) Our 24VDC pull-type solenoid draws 8.5A at the start and 4.5A to hold. The coil measures 2-1/8" long x 3/4" dia with a 2-pin connector on the bottom and is mounted on a 3-5/8" long x 3/4" wide slotted mounting bracket. The 3" long spring/plunger has a 1-3/16" throw.

Rather Switch Than Fight?
Try our 12VDC SPST rocker switches. The rectangular version is for use at 20A and has a green LED in the paddle. Fits a 1-1/8" x 7/16" hole, and the switch itself is 1-1/4" x 1-11/16" x 1" deep, in black, with quick disconnect terminals. From Calterm®, #40343. The Old Switcheroo
Pick from our selection of old standards, all from Gardner-Bender®. The pull-chain switch is rated for 3A at 125VAC and measures 1" x just over 3/4" x 5/8" and comes with 6" leads, 2-1/4" of ball chain, and approx 6 feet of cord. Mounting dia is 13/32". The rotary switch is an SPTT rated for up to 6A at 125VAC for both of the loads it can switch. Measures 1" x 7/8" x 3/8" with a 5/8" x 3/8" dia double flattened shaft. The push button switch is a latching (push on/push off) SPST push-button rated for up to 10A at 125VAC and 4A at 250VAC.
