The Ultra (Violet) Pocket Light
Our pocket-sized mini-flashlight has (8) ultraviolet LEDs and myriad uses, from checking for counterfeit U.S. currency to working the door at hip downtown clubs, spotting radiator and transmission fluid leaks, mineral identification, and (yes, it's true) finding scorpions in the dark. Measures 3-7/8" long x 1-1/8" hexagon, and comes with (3) "AAA" batteries for power and a canvas carrying case with a belt loop. You supply the scorpions.

Clip Lead Set
Ten electrical leads with an alligator clip on each end. Each lead is about 20" long, not counting the 'gators. Vinyl coated 20-22 ga. wire with a vinyl cover over each clip. They come in an assortment of five colors with two leads in each color. The manufacturer calls them heavy duty but we would restrict them to the light currents and low voltages you will be using in your home experiments. Our each is a set of (10).

Our most psychedelicious laser ever. It's a standard, high-power green laser with a momentary switch and a kaleido-lens which projects a green-dot grid pattern. Turn the lens and it morphs into a plaid-like pattern, then a design only seen on boys' winter jackets in 1958, and then a swirling intergalactic star-dream. (You have to be there.) Extremely Itsy LEDs On A String
You get 35 (which is almost (3) dozen, after all) little bitsy beads of light on a 6-foot long, 2-strand copper wire. As small as incandescent grain-of-wheat lights, these LEDs are powered by (3) "AA" batteries in a 3-1/2" x 2" x 3/4" thick plastic battery pack. A single push-button switch controls off/slow blink/fast blink/steady on, to meet your most festive needs. You pick red, green or white. You also buy the batteries.

Long-Lasting Light
Or close enough. Our LED night-light says it’s good for 14 years, and our closet light is rated for 30,000 hours. We figure it would take 82 years to need your closet light on that long. The night-light is 2-1/2" square x 1-1/4" deep and plugs into a wall outlet, but has a photo-resistor so it only lights in the dark. Features (1) each red, yellow, blue and green LEDs, for a festive trip to the bathroom. The closet light measures 6-1/4” long x 1-1/2” square, has (4) white LEDs, and runs on (4) “AA” batteries, not included, that will last for a long time even if you leave the light on. Includes screws for a wall mount, although a little double-sided tape would do the job, too.

Crazy Light Up!
You can't beat "crazy light up," which is what this string of (10) LED lights provides. Says so right on the box. The small black box that holds your (4) "AA" batteries (plus a 4mm female adaptor and a spare bulb) lets hobbyists light up train sets and other projects, and lets you decorate a window or tree without a wall outlet, but it also has a belt clip and a switch for constant-on or flashing mode, so you can be a walking crazy light up. We'll pick a 12-foot-long set with the lights inside red, white or blue icicle or round caps, or some variation of those colors or shapes. Whatever comes out when we reach into the bin. Order a couple of them, since you can "add one supply and gain more than one fun!"

Tiny Table Lamp
On tiny tables or the desktop, this lamp throws a nice puddle of light for its size. The 4-1/4" x 3" x 1-1/2" tall base supports an 8" long gooseneck with (14) bright white LEDs at the top. Silver-plastic and chrome, with a pushbutton switch on the base, it comes with (3) "AAA" batteries. We're putting ours on top of the dresser so maybe we'll finally be able to tell what color socks we're taking out of the top drawer, but it would make a nice little reading or camping lamp. Should give 15 hours of light with fresh batteries.

Six-Way Flat Outlet
A handy space-saver, this 6-outlet tap expands a double outlet (with grounded plugs) to take (6) grounded plugs. In medium-gray plastic, it measures 4-3/4" x 3-1/8" x 1-1/4" thick, with the outlets on the long sides. The plugs run in the same direction, along the long axis. Can also be flush-mounted if you remove the existing wall plate, since it will take a long screw through to the outlet threads, but you'll need to supply this. Rated for a maximum of 15A. Great for behind furniture, TVs, etc. UL.

A Snarl of Magnet Wire
One of those sharpie East Coast outfits pulled a fast one on this poor naive Midwestern dealer. The result is we have a pile of exotic coated copper magnet wire. The coatings and colors vary widely, as does the gauge of the wire. With a couple of exceptions there isn't enough of any one kind among the hundreds in the pile to list separately. So we are offering an assortment and you get whatever we grab. Either way you will get a terrific value, particularly if you have an exotic application and get just what you need. Even if you are just making a garden variety coil or electromagnet you will still find the prices are very good. So go ahead, profit from our misfortune. We are glad to be of service. Sigh.
