Clip Lead Set
Ten electrical leads with an alligator clip on each end. Each lead is about 20" long, not counting the 'gators. Vinyl coated 20-22 ga. wire with a vinyl cover over each clip. They come in an assortment of five colors with two leads in each color. The manufacturer calls them heavy duty but we would restrict them to the light currents and low voltages you will be using in your home experiments. Our each is a set of (10).

You Say Breadboad...
And the manufacturer, Elenco Electronics, says Bredblox, but what’s in a name? These are just nice little breadboards for electronic experiments. The Elenco Model 9830 measures 6-1/2" long x 2-1/8" wide x 5/16" thick with (2) power busses up both long edges and (63) double rows of more busses. The holes for components and jumper wires are approx .050" each and multiple boards can be interlocked via tabs and ports on the long edges. The Elenco Model 9418 is 6-1/2" x 1-3/8" x 5/16" and otherwise the same as the 9830, but without the power busses. Now go invent something and get rich.

Heavy sleeper, are you? How about the kids? Up An At'Em® emits a stunningly annoying GHHOOOOOOOWW whine that's guaranteed to get anyone up and whimpering pathetically to turn it off. One of the loudest alarms we've ever had, it adjusts to 90, 100, or 110dB. It also functions as a clock, calendar, timer and stop watch. In a smallish, 6" x 2-1/4" x 1" blue plastic case, it has an hourglass (countdown) function, a 1-7/16" x 1/2" LCD screen, reset button, belt clip, and wrist strap. Yes, mike, not mic. We've taken a phonetic stand here, so don't call. This particular mike is a low impedance (600 Ohm) cardioid dynamic microphone with 15-foot, XLR-to-1/4" unbalanced plug, cord. Includes a 1/8" mini-plug adapter and an extremely nice, soft leather pouch. Measures 7" long with an internal windscreen and on/off switch.

And close enough, because sometimes the threat of security will do. Our simulacamera looks like the real thing, even though it isn't, with an activation light and a quite real motion detector that causes the "camera" to pan from side to side. The unit measures 3-3/4" x 2" x 2" with a 1-1/4" dia lens. It's mounted on an adjustable 4" x 1-1/8" x 3/4" arm attached to 3-1/8" dia baseplate with (2) 3/16" mounting holes. The angle adjusts from 45 to 180 degrees, and the motion detector starts the head swinging 20 degrees in either direction for approx (15) seconds. Takes (2) "AA" batteries, not included, but does include mounting screws and mollies-and a tiny, tiny price.
