You'll really dig these terra cotta Chinese soldiers, replicas of the standing statuary army of Qin Shi Huang, China's first emperor, made in approx 210 BCE and discovered in 1974 in Xi'an. You get a 6-3/4" x 3-1/4" x 1" thick block of earth-colored plaster and a small brush and wooden chisel for your own archeological excavation. Pick from the figures below, or the bonus pack of all (5). (Note: there were 8,000 statues found at Xi'an, so a real archeology buff would order 1,600 of the 5-packs.)

Crystal Clear Geological Bargain
From Brazil, rescued from the guts of quartz crystal antennae, these clear rock crystals are pebble sized (some maybe 3/8" long, most smaller). Harness the power of the wind, lemons, potatoes or mud. The Windmill Generator has a generator and propeller with (6) 5-3/8” wide blades and a tail. Minimal assembly is required to mount them on a large soda bottle (easier than building a tower, but you could do that, too) and watch the wind light up the LEDs. The Enviro-Battery Kit has copper and zinc plates, cups, an LED monitor on a little tower, sound module, LCD clock plus wire and tape. You perform (6) different battery experiments, plus many more suggested in the included book, and yes, a mud battery is among them.
