Wire Tie-er
The Wonder Bundler is going to save you a bundle, bunkie. Stop snipping off long ends of plastic wire ties, or jerry-rigging three of them together, and use this auto-tool to grab, tighten and tie with exactly the length of wire-tie strapping it takes. This 8" long gaffer's friend is plastic and comes with 50-foot spool of 1/8" wide white plastic strapping and (300) fasteners. It's a wonder for wires, hoses, shipping boxes, garbage bags, rogue 'gators, and anything else you need to tie up or down. Refills are available from any number of websites.

Color-Coded Straps
For bundling and identifying cables. Our each is a 10-pack of 7" long hook-and-loop tape, (2) each in red, green, black, blue, and yellow. For the superorganized, each strap has a small violet, scarlet, lime, gray, or orange loop tab on the end for attaching the bundle to something and further color-coding it.

Zip It Up
In black. Our selection of wire ties will tie things up, tie them down, or bundle all those errant wires into a nice neat package-and make that satisfying zzzziiiiiiiip sound while they're at it. We love that sound. You pick a pack of (100) ties 4" long x 3/32" wide with 18-lb tensile strength for bundles up to 7/8" dia; 7-3/8" long x approx 3-16" wide with 50-lb tensile strength for bundles up to 1-3/4" dia; or 14-1/2" long x 3/16" wide with 50-lb tensile strength for bundles up to 4" dia. Twist-Ties Of The Gods
If you had a 10-foot loaf of bread, these would be the only way to close the plastic bag. They're 17" long x 1/2" dia with flexible, plastic-sheathed carbon steel cores, and a layer of medical-grade foam that grips tight even below 32°F, because you might have to fix a hockey goal with them some day. Tie up big tools and cables, make ad hoc hooks, tie down outdoor furniture, organize sports equipment, make emergency repairs, or wrap sails and gear of all sorts (they float and they're bright yellow, so they're easy to see!). We liked the concept so well that we picked up some basic black ones that look and work just like them, but they're surplus, so we don't make any of the other claims. You pick a 2-pack of the giant yellow ties, or a 4-pack of the black ones.

Soft Twisties
Cut your own. Our each is 16 feet of blackflexible wire coated with 3/16" dia soft rubber, ready for you to snip off for your heavy-duty, padded twist-tie needs. Very nice stuff. Reusable. We're thinking cable bundling, sports equipments, tools, hoses, like that.

Welterweight Carabiner
Call it the Carmen Basilio. We wouldn't climb Mount Fuji (or Gene Fullmer) with it, but it's a good carabiner of 5/16" dia plated steel, 3-1/8" long with a dovetail-cut latch, and it's made to accept a 3/8" dia rope or cable.

Nose-Shaped Carabiner
Triangular and symmetrical, with a rounded top and bottom. Like a nose. They measure 3-1/2" long x 2-5/8" wide at bottom, 1-1/4" at the top, in black metal with a silver gate that will stay open until you close it. Not for climbing, but nifty for hanging a bunch of stuff on.

Cable Ties
Very handy strap-like fastening devices with grooves or slots along their length and a clamping head at one end. Slip one around the things to be bundled, feed the free end through the clamp and pull tight. The grooves act like a ratchet in the clamp; the tighter you pull, the tighter it holds. They are a great non-rotting securing device for camping gear, sails, hanging signs, and, of course for bundling wires.

Strap 'n' Latch It
Medium-duty nylon tie-down, 1" wide x 5-foot long, in assorted colors (which we'll pick). It has a non-ratcheting, spring-loaded steel latch with a 1-1/4" ID, and a 4-1/2" long, rubber-coated steel hook. The hardware is heavier-duty than the nylon strap.

A Matched Set
They’re an impressive couple, both formed from 7/16” dia steel. The 4-1/4” long threaded D-ring has a 3/8” gap when fully opened. The snap on the 5-1/2” long carabiner is keyed to keep it from sliding to one side when closed. We don’t have a strength rating for the set, and Jeff wouldn’t let us dangle him from the roof (He used to be a better sport!) but we’re pretty sure it would have held him.
