Glass Hydrometers & Jar
Hydrometer A is 10" long and is for liquids denser than water, measuring specific gravity from 0.8 to 2.04 in increments of .02 and potential alcohol or Baume between -2 and 73 in increments of 1. It's calibrated to be used at an ambient temperature of 20°C/68°F. (Handy if you're fermenting your own happy juice at home.) Designed to be used at ambient temperatures of 15°C/59°F. There's a third scale in Chinese that probably measures the same things, but our Chinese is a little rusty. The jar (which is unmarked and would make a very slick big bud vase) is 50mm dia x 305mm tall with a 100mm dia base and will take a #10 rubber stopper (not included) if you feel the need to stopper it.

Clearly a Flask
A clear-glass, heat-resistant, volumetric flask with a ground glass neck and mating glass stoppers. These flasks are calibrated either at 500ml or 1000ml depending on which size you need. Both are around 12" tall. Not into lab work? Try it for techie salad dressings! Ain't surplus cool?

Slide-Staining Jar
Modified Coplin staining jar has a glass cover and centering shoulder. Vertical spacers will hold (8) single microscope slides or (16) back-to-back. Stands about 4" tall, and is 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" at the top. Made for 25mm x 75mm microscope slides. Super-ridiculous bargain price on this one, you lab rats.

Test Tube Rack
Blue plastic test tube rack, about 8" long x 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/4" tall OA. It has a plate with (6) holes for full test tubes, the end two being 1-1/16" dia the others 3/4" dia. In front of this are (6) pegs to hold clean inverted test tubes. It of course can be used to hold tools, drying pasta or other, non-lab objects.

The Perfect Specimen
Always a good thing. (Also an Errol Flynn movie.) Keep yours in our perfect specimen cup. Translucent plastic with a screwcap, 2-5/16" tall x 2-1/2" dia. Holds up to 4 oz/120 ml and is marked in 1/2 oz and 20 ml increments. Both top and cup are marked for writing "Name, Room No., Doctor, Date, and Time." Sterile if unopened, but we can't guarantee it.

Standing Cylinder
Born to be a sterilizing jar, this little straight-sided, clear glass cylinder has myriad uses outside the lab. Stands 4" tall on a hexagonal base and has a 1" OD, 3/4" ID mouth. No graduations, but a 1/2" x 3/4" ground patch on the side for labeling. Nothing to sterilize? It makes a very nice vodka glass, bud vase or candleholder.

Tubal Display
Nice nest of test tubes. A set of (14) clear plastic tubes, 4-1/2" long x 7/8" dia with round bottoms, nested in a circular tray, with (10) around the outside and (4) in the slightly raised middle. Tubes hold approx 1oz/30ml and all have blue plastic stoppers that match the tray. No lab? This would make a cute multi-bud vase/centerpiece, or a nice visible-spice rack.
