Designed by Yves Polypropylene for his 2010 Spring Laboratory Collection, these lightweight lab coats are polypropylene-tough (think Tyvek-ish) but still cheap enough to toss without wincing. In white with limp shirt-style collars, 5-snap fronts and elastic wrist closures. You pick XL (35"), XXL (37") or the mega-tech special XXXXL (40" long).

A touch darker blue-gray than your usual Alice Blue Gown, these are made of a better-than-paper, not-quite fabric (that we wouldn't wash if we were you) with white cotton knit cuffs, and can be worn front- or backwards. They're made for your local sawbones to wear in the O.R. In XL with front ties, and a hook-and-loop neck closure. We're thinking workshop cover-up, disposable travel bathrobe, painting smock, or just a handy thing to keep in the trunk of the car for those unexpected roadside kidney transplants.

For the lab tech, painter or anyone else who's tired of dull, monochromatic coveralls, we introduce these pin-striped beauties. Stand-up collars, elastic wrists, snap or zipper fronts, and snap cuffs, in a sturdy polyester (some with "1% carbon") that should be able to be washed and reworn. They're 3XL,70" from collar to cuff, and white with snazzy gray pinstripes 3/8" apart.
