Kitchen Carousel
This rotating canister set (The Candy Carousel) is made to hold your sprinkles, jimmies, nonpareils, poppy seeds and sundry other toppers right to hand, but it'll hold anything from sage to wood screws. Right now, it's not holding anything. It has (8) 4-1/2" x 1-3/8" dia clear-plastic containers with non-gasketed white screw caps over shaker holes, that fit in a 7" dia x 7-1/2" tall lazy Susan. The handle unscrews to reveal a secret adjustable teaspoon. Includes a label sheet with (16) spice names.

Sacre Bleu! This wonderful glass container from Canada has (5) different salad dressing recipes printed tastefully on it - in French. Figure out the ingredients, fill to the oil and vinegar levels indicated, and mix right in the bottle. It's 7" x 2-7/16" dia, has a slight pouring lip, and holds up to 10 oz. It will take a #9 rubber stopper or #22 cork - or seal the 1-1/2" ID mouth with your palm as you shake it. Very earthy. Very chic.

Minimalist Mortar & Pestle
A mortar & pestle with a minimalist, almost Japanese, look. Originally made for one of the retail giants, the slope-sided mortar is dark blue glazed ceramic with an unglazed interior, ribbed for better grinding action, 5-1/2" across the top x 1-3/4" tall. The 7" x approx 1" dia beech wood pestle sports a leather cord. Great for seeds, nuts, herbs and spices, but not for lab use.

Our very first-ever multi-use white-plastic tong set could be used, we suppose, for serving salads (their intended purpose) but they'd also make dandy rib cages for skeletal models, scary claws for a costume designer, huge barrettes for the over-coiffed diva, pasta servers, or very effective head-scratchers. They're 6" long x 3-3/4" wide, with (3) big prongs and short, horizontal grips that make them eminently packable for picnics. Our package of (2) is really a package of (2) pairs.
