Not with the Stir-Crazy Spin Mugs, born at the nexus of the beverage mug and the mini-blender industries. Each clear-plastic drinking mug, (you'll get a pair) is 5-1/4" tall x 3-1/2" dia (approx 12 oz) with a pair of (dead) "AA" batteries in the black base. Replace the batteries, hit the push-button, and watch the little coiled-spring whisk stir up the contents while you relax. Could whip up a little salad vinaigrette, too. They come with black sippy-cup lids and are, unsurprisingly, not dishwasher safe.

They're still a classically beautiful design, and they'll still bring folks running when you tap the little plunger on top. The chrome bell sits on a black enameled steel base and the whole thing is 2-3/4" dia x 1-7/8" tall.

No, no, no, no-not bags for avocados. We're not in California. This is the Bagmaker" Sealer, a blast from the avocado kitchens of the past and a perfect collectible for your retro kitchen. A competitor of those Seal-a-Snack-like, hot-wire plastic-bag-sealing devices that no 1970 kitchen could be without. Still handy, however, in kitchen, lab, craft-room or shop. Comes with a 50-foot roll of 12"-wide, 1.5 mil bag material, but we think the refills for similar products still on the market would fit in the reservoir. Probably. And if not, this will still seal up regular plastic bags. The unit measures 13-5/8" long x 4-1/2" deep x 2-3/4" high, sits on a counter or mounts on a wall, draws 35W at 120VAC and is UL listed. You know you've always regretted selling yours in that garage sale. Go for it.

Moving Sky-Show Extraordinaire
This staggeringly vivid night-sky projector features green, laser-beamed moving stars and cloud cover and, according to Paul (our in-house astro-galactic display maven), "adjustable-intensity nebula." If that means you can lie supine and happily stare at it for a few hours, we agree, particularly if you cue up the Dark Side of the Moon album at the same time. Or skip the Pink Floyd, and use it to lull the children to sleep. Not an astronomically accurate sky, of course, but you're definitely not going to care. The unit is approx 11" tall on a 9-1/2" x 8-3/8" oval base and plugs in via a wall adapter. The manufacturer suggests a maximum 4-hour duty cycle, white or light walls and a very dark room. Has mounting slots on the base.

All these elastic bandages are textured to self-adhere, and all are (5) yards long when stretched. There are (2) 1" bandages in each package; all the other packages are single bandages.
