Melange a Deux
Mix these great boxes, or match them. They work equally well for tools, toys, hobbies, fishing equipment, or sundry sundries. The large gray–blue plastic boxes are all 11” x 6–1/8” x 5” deep, with hinges, snap closures, and fold–down handles. The 7–section box has (6) approx 1–1/2” square sections alongside (1) large section. The 17–section box would be divided into (18) equal sections (with a couple of inches of headroom above them) if (2) of them weren’t merged into (1).

Store bits and pieces, hooks and eyes, screws and bolts, beads and sequins, even pills and capsules -- almost any sundries that should be kept in discrete compartments. Each of our (5) 1-1/4" x 6" dia toroidal holders is divided into (5) sections and has a single hinge and a latch. Each has a 2-5/16" bore in the center, the better to fit on its 5-3/4" tall spindle. A small carrying handle twists onto the spindle to lock the holders together. Blue and white translucent plastic, a total of (25) compartments, and a modular design so interesting you might call each of the compartments a modified Pei shape.

Slick Neon Case
Used to have a manicure set inside, they tell us, but it looks like a high-end plastic eye-glass case to everybody here. And holds our eyeglasses, too, although you might want it for pens, pencils, makeup, cotton swabs, drill bits, vanilla beans, all sorts of things. It's a slide-together, 2-part case, a 6" long x 2-1/4" wide x 1-3/16" thick oval and we'll pick fashionable neon colors for you.

Not for standing on and speechifying in Düsseldorf, but the sort that the German army passes out for keeping your bar of personal soap in. We think. Awfully nice little box in any case. Ivory (no pun intended) colored plastic, 4" x 2-1/2" x 1-1/2" high, with rounded corners and a top. Suitable for almost anything, and even though slightly abraded on the outside, attractive enough to sit right out in public.

Strong Boxes
No, no, not strongboxes -- Just tough, 17-gauge steel boxes for guys who keep breaking those woosy little plastic boxes when they close the toolbox lid…or step on them on the job site. These once held Rodman drill bits and a nibbler tool and they say so on the front. It has a removable foam inside and a removable plastic hanging loop at the top. Small one's 6-1/2" x 4-1/4" x 1" deep.

Jumbo Pillbox
So you fill this 7-day pillbox for your husband. It has extra-large, snap-top compartments 1-1/2" x 1-1/8" x 7/8" deep. Big enough for picture hooks on Sunday, so he can hang the new mirror. Carpet tacks on Monday, for the loose runner on the stairs. Rubber washers on Tuesday, for that dripping faucet.... Display a pair, in fact. Our each is (2) clear flexible-vinyl doll display cases with creamy-white plastic bases. The bases are 6" square with 15" tall x 5-7/8" square vinyl cases with clear vinyl tops. The lightweight cases fold for storage. Each case comes with (2) stands: (1) waist grip that adjusts from 6-3/4" tall to approx 10" tall; and (1) 6-3/4" tall saddle style. Includes (2) self-adhesive 1/2" x 3-1/8" brass plates for names. All (7) days of the week are spelled out below giant, easy-to-read initials in these week-at-a-time pill boxes. Our each is a pair (two-weeks-at-a-time?) of translucent white-plastic pill sorters. They're 6" x 1-1/4" x 3/4" OA. They lock quite tightly, so the first few times you may have to practice hooking a thumbnail under the lids and pulling back and up to open them.

Bumpy Box
This is a really heavy-gauge clear-plastic box 14-5/8" x 7-1/2" x 4-3/4" deep. Picture a large shoe box. The top and bottom are each about 2-1/2" deep, and overlap by 1/4" or so halfway up the sides. They're flat on the outside so the boxes can be stacked, or the (2) pieces separated and used as (2) deep trays. Why, you ask, do we have such a sterling item? Perhaps because it was originally made to be an organizer for 4" high cones of thread, so there are (3) rows of (6) "cups" 1-5/16" dia x 3/8" deep permanently set on the floor of the box, and matching smaller cups 5/8" dia x 3/8" deep on the inside of the top. You can take advantage of the cups to store cones of thread or anything else that size upright, or hold items off of the floor of the box while they drain - or you can ignore them and appreciate the box for its strength and beauty!

Small-Stuff Boxes
Our each is set of (3) different translucent white plastic boxes with movable dividers, snap closures, and hanging tabs. They're made for holding (12) "AAA," (12) "AA," and (8) "C" batteries, so they have rounded channels on the bottom, but they're equally useful for storing small items from nuts & bolts to buttons & baubles. They measure, respectively, 2-7/8" x 1-15/16" x 15/16"; 3-7/8" x 2-3/16" x 1-3/16"; and 4-1/2" x 2-1/4" x 2-1/8".
