Hook it over a window, power the window up and let the sun activate the solar panel and run the 3" dia fan, which sucks the hot air out of the car and vents it outside.The whole thing measures 6" wide x 4-3/4" x 2-3/8", with a slim 1/4" x 1" x 6" long piece outside the window.
