You know what your truck needs? And you know what your man-cave needs (since you can't get the pickup in there)? This silver-finish combination eagle-head trailer-hitch cover and brake light system! Yessir! Made to slide into 2" or 1-1/4" square-bracket hitches, it comes with hardware, mounting brackets, instructions and gaskets, but with a little creative wiring and mounting and maybe that 9-volt battery buried in the junk drawer it could be the highlight of your hideaway! Measures approx 5" x 3" x 4-1/2" in shiny aluminum with red LED eyes. Lights draw only 10mA.
