Made as a repair kit for Xerox® drive motors (kit part #600K24560), these (3) white plastic gears are crying out for a home in someone's robotics lab. The largest is 1-1/2" thick OA with an 8mm bore. The gear is 1-7/8" dia with 46 teeth/24 pitch, the spindle is 1-1/16" dia with 25 teeth/24 pitch. The middle one is 3/4" thick OA with a 6mm bore. That gear is 1-5/8" dia with 74 teeth/48 pitch, the spindle is 11/16" dia with 15 teeth/24 pitch. The smallest is 1-5/16" thick OA with a 6mm bore. The gear is 1-1/4" dia with 38 teeth/32 pitch, the spindle is 7/8" dia with 21 teeth/24 pitch.

The correct answer is "I don't know; I've never toggled." If, however, you just want to turn something on and off, here's a choice of toggles for your switching delectation. The DPDT toggle is rated for up to 20A at 125VAC and has screw terminals below. Measures 1-1/4" x 1-3/4". No center-off position. The first DPST toggle is rated for 20A at 125VAC or 15A at 250VAC. Screw terminals on the bottom. Measures 1-5/16" x 3/4". The smaller DPST toggle is rated for up to 4A at 125VAC or 2A at 250VAC. Has 3/16" spade terminals on the bottom and measures 1" X 9/16". All the toggles come with switch-plates and mounting nuts.

Measure them with this old-school DC analog dial ammeter with a 2-3/4" square housing and a 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" face that reads between 0 and 75A. Has (2) 1" long threaded terminals that appear to be from a charging unit. Comes with a matching bracket but needs a couple of grommets so it won't short out. Made sometime in the past in Chicago.

And the manufacturer, Elenco Electronics, says Bredblox, but what’s in a name? These are just nice little breadboards for electronic experiments. The Elenco Model 9830 measures 6-1/2" long x 2-1/8" wide x 5/16" thick with (2) power busses up both long edges and (63) double rows of more busses. The holes for components and jumper wires are approx .050" each and multiple boards can be interlocked via tabs and ports on the long edges. The Elenco Model 9418 is 6-1/2" x 1-3/8" x 5/16" and otherwise the same as the 9830, but without the power busses. Now go invent something and get rich.

Need a small solenoid with a big attitude? Our 24-Hour Electro-Mechanical Conversion Testing Department tells us these are both "pretty nice little solenoids." (They talk like that.) Our 24VDC pull-type solenoid draws 8.5A at the start and 4.5A to hold. The coil measures 2-1/8" long x 3/4" dia with a 2-pin connector on the bottom and is mounted on a 3-5/8" long x 3/4" wide slotted mounting bracket. The 3" long spring/plunger has a 1-3/16" throw.

Measures 1-3/16" dia x 1-3/16" long with (2) hook-up tabs on the back and a 3/32" x 5/16" long slotted shaft. Has (2) mounting holes on the face. Works great as a small generator, output 2.5-3 V. Draws 30mA no load, and spins about 1200 rpm at 12VDC.
