Inherit The Wind
Time to get off the grid with your very own wind turbine. This one, brand new from Sunforce® Products, has a 600W output in either 12V or 24V, with (3) 22-1/4" long nylon and fiberglass blades and a blade span of 51-1/4" total. Body is 27-1/2" long x 10" dia with a 21" high tail-fin/stabilizer. Includes an MPPT (maximum power point tracking) charge controller to optimize battery life and a 30-amp panel meter. Weighs 36 lbs and operates on winds as low as 4 mph and up to 156 mph. It's designed for easy assembly and installation, but you'll need to add your own storage battery and a 2" dia pole to the recommended height of 20 to 30 feet above obstructions. 5 year manufacturers warranty.

Solar Power System
This solar panel battery charger comes with a 12VDC 15W tempered-glass, weatherproof amorphous solar panel, 38-1/4" x 13-1/2" x 11/16" thick, with an 11-1/2-foot lead with a 2-pin connector and (4) mounting holes, plus hardware. Includes a pair of 2-foot battery clamps to connect to the battery that you supply, a 10” cigarette lighter plug for car battery charging and a voltage tester. The Solar Panel Set has (4) of the same large solar panels as the battery charger plus a PVC frame to hold them (you do the assembly), 150W max load 7A regulator so you can use up to 7 panels with charging-status LEDs, plus a 120W modular sine wave inverter with (2) outlets, and a cigarette-plug with power and overload-indicator LEDs. Includes all mounting hardware, wiring harnesses, adapter cables and connectors to get you up and running, but you supply the storage batteries. The Paragon
...is an inspection and dissection binocular microscope. The manufacturer says it's "perfect for industrial, agricultural, biological and educational uses." We heartily concur, which is why we're stocking this shiny new non-surplus item. "The Paragon" is 15" high, sturdy, easy to use, and has an acid and reagent resistant finish. At 10X and 30X magnification it's not for the weensiest microbes, of course, but if your work is on the scale of distinguishing weevil species, this is what you want. The 95mm dia stage plate reverses white to black for contrast, and the rack and pinion pole mount lets you view samples up to 17 cm in height. The binocular head is inclined for comfortable viewing, rotates 360°, Wide field 10X eyepieces adjust to 55 -75mm interpupillary distance. 1X and 3X objectives are turret-mounted. With the 1X objective, you get a 19mm field of view, with the 3X, a 9.5mm field. In either case the working distance is 95mm. Don't do entomology without it.

Ready Or Not Skeleton
This skeleton is actually used in medical and other schools for teaching. The bones are plastic, but other than that it's as realistic and anatomically correct as they come. The ready-to-use skeleton is mounted with a 360° swivel at the pelvis from a heavy-duty metal rod on a stand base with castors. It has a skull with a removable section, hinged jaw and (2) removable teeth; plastic zippered dust cover; and stainless steel wire, brackets and wing nut assembly for long life. Maritime Flag Fest
If you own a boat, a waterfront house, or a seafood restaurant (or maybe just like water or flags), call us quickly. We've only got a few sets of these and they're beauties. Our each is a full set of international maritime signal flags, including (26) letters and (10) numbers, plus (32) NATO signal flags. They're new and still in the box, and although they date from 1965, nobody's changed the signal flag protocol. In a reinforced cotton/linen fabric, heavily stitched with mounting ropes and buckles, the letters are approx 24" x 20" rectangles, the numbers are pennants, approx 6 feet long, 20" wide on the mounting end, tapering down to 6" wide points. They're spectacularly colorful (click on the web pix) and each flag has an individual meaning ("I require assistance," "I am dragging my anchor") as well as standing for a letter or number. Manufactured by the respected, 140-year-old Bonner Fahnenfabrik, or Bonn Flag Factory.
