Hole Liner
Heyco #SB-625-500 hard black plastic grommet. Split down the side, it is 11/16" OD, 1/2" ID to fit a 5/8" dia hole. It is 17/32" long OA with a small flange at one end, and a snap positioned 9/32" back on the shaft. Sounds about right for a 1/4" thick panel to us.

Black is the new black, and this is the solid black plastic HDPE dispenser bottle (think hand-lotion style) that the cognoscenti will be putting their dishwashing detergent and other nonfood liquids in, so they don't violate the aesthetic of the loft. Our shiny, silver-colored 1" x 1" x 1/2" neodymium magnet looks innocent, but is industrial strength, pulling something like 25 lbs with enough strength left over to erase all your credit cards. Foam Bumper
Born to live on an ignominious exercise device of some sort, this sturdy, black, open-cell foam cylinder is 5-1/2" long x 2-7/8" dia with a 1/2" ID bore through its center. We see it threaded on nylon rope for life as a pool-lane or lakefront-swimming-area divider, or as a tasteful boat bumper. (Yes, it floats.) But it has lots of bumper-type, uses, too, like slipping a couple behind a step-on garbage can to keep it from bumping into the kitchen wall. Just for starters. Think about the potential….
