Optic One
A "One gizmo does all" marvel. It really works as a binocular, magnifier/linen tester, and has a signaling mirror, and compass all in a roughly 1-1/2" sq x 3-3/4" long package. The bino eyepieces and objectives fold against the body with the objectives doubling as magnifiers when used alone. The signaling mirror makes a good examining table for bugs and seeds etc and is conveniently located under one of the lenses. It should make a good "going off to camp" gift!

Box O' Bones
Glow-in-the-dark plastic skeleton, about 1 ft. tall. That is the end result. What you get is a box of bones that you snap together to create the final product. Which is kind of fun. Or of course you can leave some or all of them disassembled to create a sense of havoc. We're not going to claim it is anatomically correct, or educational. But you do need to figure out that feet don't grow from shoulders and thigh bones do not connect to jaw bones. Maybe 5 minutes of fun!! And the finished product is one of our better little Halloween guys.

One Sweet Babe
Rock-a-bye baby, up in the air, when the stork flies, you make a sweet pair. The plastic and fabric stork with a 16" wingspan comes with a swiveling ceiling bracket and a 30" nylon line, and it flies in a circle. Between trips, it rests in its small plastic nest. The stork carries a cute infant in a blue or pink fabric sling -- and if you believe in storks, you probably don't believe in ultrasounds, so you won't mind that the pink or blue sling is the luck of the draw! Sticky Bugs
Nice all-purpose pastel-colored insects. They impersonate real bugs (even if their legs and antennae aren't as delicate as the originals), they're rubbery, soft and squeezy, they stick to monitors, mirrors, wall tile, etc., and they glow in the dark. But they come in an assortment of delicious candy colors, so keep them away from kids and pets who would eat them.

What a wonderful, cartoonish bird! Wave the colorful puppet on its 12" bendable wand, or wind it around your wrist, pen or the strap of your backpack. The bird and the wand are covered in soft velour. So far we've unpacked a purple pelican, blue toucan, hot-pink flamingo, and multicolored parrot. About 15" tall OA. Our choice.

Good Glockenspiel, it's time these kids learned to tell time! The Clock Book, with its helpful 15-page story and colorful 6" dia clockface with movable hands, should do the tick. A nice teaching tool (with a cover price of $7.95!).

Happy Slime Egg
So call it "Slappy." The clear-plastic egg has transparent slime for ersatz albumen and a 1" super-bouncy ball with a smiley face for a yolk. It comes apart so you can interact with the insides. Staggeringly low educational value but a whoopee factor that's off the charts.

If we'd written it with our new, gigacool blacklight marker pen with the UV LED on the other end. Unless you had one, too. It's 5" long and takes (4) LR41 button cells (included). If you ordered (2), you and your special friend could trade secret, invisible messages. Also great for UV tattoos or re-admission marks for parties and clubs, just like downtown.
