You'd expect to find these 5" x 7" souvenir cards at Navy Pier, before there was anything at Navy Pier. They're circa 1980, with full-color touristy photos. If you're a Chicago buff, frame them. Or pass them out at your next party and see who can pinpoint the date of the photos from high-rise construction and cars in the background. Or actually use them as notecards, if you don't mind the slightly dated look. (10) in a pack, with at least (5) different scenes.

Tootin' Our Laser
We don't like to brag, but it's tough not to in a case like this. This is a wonderful pen-shaped laser pointer, 5-1/4" long, flat black or silver with gold pocket clip and head. It throws a red point a loong way (we've thrown it two city blocks at night, and it would've gone farther, but buildings got in the way). And what are we so proud of? We've seen a very similar item-not identical, mind you, but essentially the same-in one of those glossy, toys-for-grown-men catalogs. Their price? $40! Designer Walls
Customized wall finishes in not-many hours, for not-many dollars. Layer decorative designs on painted walls with a carved 7" dia sponge. With the sponge and removable handle, the applicator is approx 3-3/4" thick, including the 3/4" deep carved design. There is a small detail sponge for filling in areas near corners and woodwork, and a video with tips on how to sponge like a pro. Sponge Prints(tm) recommends the faux finish for borders, furniture, lampshades, tablecloths and shower curtains in addition to walls. Our designs include one with stars of various sizes, and a spiraling acanthus design that if it was easy to describe wouldn't be named Classico.

We like this Sonic Wave Ultrasonic Cleaner, and we've been able to price it very attractively. The white-plastic cleaner is 8" x 5-1/4" x 5-5/16" OA, with a 600 mL stainless steel cleaning well. Submerge jewelry, lenses, shaver heads, small machine parts, etc., in water approx 5-3/4" x 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" deep that cleans by vibrating 42,000 times per second. It has a hinged, see-through lid, a removable plastic tray, a 3-minute automatic timer, and an attached 4-ft cord.
