Screw Compressor Clamp
Used to regulate flow through a flexible tube. The screw driven jaw can be accurately adjusted in any position from closed to fully open to allow you to get just the rate of flow you want. The swing-away bottom jaw design lets you install over already connected tubing. The jaw opens to a maximum of 7/8" high and is 15/16" wide. Made of nickel plated steel, all edges are rounded to avoid cutting the tubing.

Burner Stands
Three-legged steel stands for cooking above burners in the lab. The small unit stands 6" tall with a 2–1/4" ID (3–1/4" OD) burner ring. The large one stands 9" tall with a 3–1/4" ID (4–1/2" OD) burner ring. Legs are 1/4" wide chromed steel and angle outward slightly. Burner rings have a grey baked enamel finish. Legs screw into burner rings and have adjusting nuts. Sturdy construction.

Mylar Warmth
They have the look of something designed for the space program. They're mylar, a paper-thin shiny metallic sheet, that comes in handy when your car breaks down in winter, or when you're separated from your climbing group on the slopes of Mt. McKinley. Barring that, they're also a perfect material for a do-it-yourself cold-climate Halloween costume-near impossible to rip by hand, but cut easily with scissors. There's no padding, so they wouldn't be too comfy on your bed, but they sure are warm. They both come folded about the size of a wallet. The Blanket is 52" x 82", the Sleeping Bag is 34" x 84".

Flashlight Cones
Yellow translucent plastic cones, 9-7/8" long OA. They were made in China to fit over a flashlight thus turning it into a warning device. They are fine for that if your flashlight has a 2-1/2" dia. business end, the ID of the large end of the cones. The small end of the cones is 7/8" dia., and may have a removable plug of the same plastic. However some of the plugs have wandered off, so the end may be open. Not into signaling?? Use them as traffic obstacles on the play lot, to mark the edge of the volleyball court at the beach, or to protect the lump on your head from rain!!

Suit Your Soil
Grow a beautiful garden full of plants that love your soil! It's easy if you know your soil's pH, and we have a gauge to help you! Stick the probe into moist soil for the pH to register in a separate 4" x 2" x 1" gauge box on the end of a 26 ft. cord. That let's you keep the probe in the garden while reading the gauge at your doorstep! A needle indicates the pH on a scale of 3.5-9, and you get a list of which plants like which pH levels.

Lab Stand
Affordable, adaptable lab equipment for serious scientists with laughable budgets. The basic stand is heavy black metal 8" long x 5" wide x 1" high with a 19-1/2" x 3/8" dia support rod screwed into it. Position a beaker or bunsen burner on the stand and build the configuration you need above it. Both of the Burette clamps and the ring attach to the rod with thumbscrew clamps. The Burette clamps have wing nuts so they can be adjusted to any angle. The single clamp extends 4" from the rod, with rounded, uncoated, adjustable metal jaws with spring tension and a wing nut. The double clamp like it has rubber-coated jaws. The 3" metal support ring holds the 6" x 6" heavy-gauge steel-mesh burner screen with crimped edges. Nice, solid equipment at a rare price.

Not Petri Hobby Dishes
Surpies (regular A.S.&S. fans) know that there is nothing better than a Petri dish for holding small parts for a model, beads for a craft item, or specimens from a field trip, unless it’s something that works like a Petri dish but costs less. We’ve got that!! And they’re so inexpensive you that you can buy enough for those few odd nails, screws, bolts, and tourmalines. These heavy–duty, clear–plastic bead containers are about 3/4” deep. They stack, with the bottom of one dish becoming the lid of the one below it. The 2–3/4” rounds come in a pack of (4) with (4) lids, so they can be used separately. The pack of (12) 1–1/4” squares comes with (2) lids, so they can become (2) stacks.

Peekaboo Canisters
Our aluminum canisters with clear glass pull–off lids are cool. When a set of a dozen contains lavender, red and 10 other colors, it’s cool to the max. The smallest canisters are aluminum–colored, a set of (20) 1–1/4” dia x 3/4” deep in a 6–1/2” x 5–1/4” x 7/8” lightweight aluminum box with a hinged lid. When the box is shut, a layer of foam padding inside the lid presses down on the canisters, keeping them securely closed. An ideal carrying case for paints, many different screws, or other sets of small items or quantities that must remain separate. Eat Your Heart Out, Martha
At last, the perfect gift for your brother-in-law who has everything. Fill our brand-new, individually wrapped, empty toothpaste-type tubes with your own homemade treat: guava toothpaste with pumice, pigeon-liver pate, free-flowing fudge. The aluminum tubes are 1-1/2" dia x 7-1/2" long OA, open at one end (waiting to be crimped shut), and with a nozzle and screwcap on the other end. They have lithographed labels. The tubes are being stored in the warehouse, of course, so you're going to want to be judicious about putting real food in them....

Not much to say on this one, except that it's very pleasing to the eye. Glass amber bottle is 2" tall x 1-1/16" dia. Holds 1/4 ounce. A white screw-on cap over its 1/2" ID mouth. What else is there to say? Very nicely proportioned.

Vibrato To The Max
We like this Sonic Wave Ultrasonic Cleaner, and we've been able to price it very attractively. The white-plastic cleaner is 8" x 5-1/4" x 5-5/16" OA, with a 600 mL stainless steel cleaning well. Submerge jewelry, lenses, shaver heads, small machine parts, etc., in water approx 5-3/4" x 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" deep that cleans by vibrating 42,000 times per second. It has a hinged, see-through lid, a removable plastic tray, a 3-minute automatic timer, and an attached 4-ft cord.
