Water In A Whiskey Barrel
It's a water feature that fits your lifestyle! Not the whiskey barrel, the compact size! This all-inclusive Whiskey Barrel Patio Pond Kit from TetraPond" includes an EPDM 45 mil plastic liner 5-ft x 5-ft, (2) 7" AquaPlanter mesh cubes to contain your water garden, an adapter with (3) adapter heads, and 5 ft of smoked plastic tubing for the 120VAC 14-watt submersible pump. The quiet, efficient pump is rated for 250 gal/hr and a 3-1/2-ft lift. It has a 1/2" NPT outlet and a 12-ft outdoor power cord and is suitable for a pond up to 500 gallons. The kit doesn't include plants, fish or the whiskey barrel, which is probably good, since it lets you choose any patio-appropriate container and customize your water feature to your taste. Perhaps a beer barrel….

A Passel Of Pretty Beads
A passel is 8 ounces, (And if you need to know how many individual beads are in a passel you count them; we don't pay people enough around here to do that.) Your bag of pretty beads will be small clay or glass, mostly round with some oblongs, teardrops, squares and other oddities, in every color of the rainbow, plus metallics, and ranging from 3mm to 3/8" dia, all with 3/32" bores. And, as in all things, the big bargains are by the boatload.

Been Through The Wars
Or at least through the woods, and more than once. These well-broken-in surplus military rucksacks are approx 20" long x 15" wide x 6", all in some shade of army OD with drawstrings and lots of leather straps and buckles. They were made to fit on frames, which apparently went AWOL on their way to us, which means there are no shoulder straps. They'd be easy enough to add, however, and that's a small price to pay for such authentic surplusity, we think.

Patches and Badges
Frankly, we don't need no patches or badges, stinkin' or otherwise. But you do. Because you have patch-mad progeny. Someday they'll get over it, but meanwhile, here are a whole big bunch of staggeringly inexpensive iron-on and self-adhesive embroidered fabric badges and patches. The large ones range from 1-1/2" x 2" up to a 2" x 4" oval in dinosaur and sports themes. The small ones are for small-fry, but are an excellent quality and very workable for scrapbooking moms. All about 1" or 2", they feature tiny houses, cars, cows, clouds, stars, that sort of thing. Very, very assorted.
