Fiber Optic Cable
If far-flung fiber optics are in your future, consider our 30-ft section of F/O data transmission cable. Each side of the blue-jacketed (or maybe green-jacketed) dual cable is 3/16" wide, insulated, and holds approx (20) very fine fiber optic strands. Not good for light transmission. Labeled OFNP.

Un-Bunsen Burner
So you don't have a gas jet in the garage? You don't think Margie and Ted are old enough to handle the high temperatures of a Bunsen burner? Our alcohol lamps are the answer. They burn alcohol (available at the hardware store), and are hot enough to boil water, to soften glass tubing for bending, and to generate the chemical reactions generally called for in science projects. The lamp is 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" glass bowl with a wick assembly that brings the whole to a height of 4-1/2" and comes with a handy little metal lid/extinguisher.

Prizm Glasses
Dull outlook? Dreary prospects? Put a little edge on things with this pair of cardboard (think movie 3-D) Prizm® glasses that have (1) clear frame and (1) with slight diffracting properties to give brightly colored pictures a pop and a semi-, sort-of, 3-D effect. Our Flask Inventory Boileth Over
So we're pricing these borosilicate boiling flasks to move quickly. We've got (3) sizes, all with slightly flattened bottoms, each with a single, discreet, capacity mark in white. While the actual physical size can vary slightly, the volume remains the same. The 1000ml flask is 9-5/8" tall OA x 5-5/8" dia with a 1-5/16" ID mouth, and a lip. Takes a #7 rubber stopper. The 500ml flask is 6-7/8" tall OA x 4-1/8" dia with a 1-3/16" ID mouth, and a lip. Takes a #6-1/2 rubber stopper, but a #7 will work. The 250ml flask is 6-1/8" tall OA x 3-3/8" dia with a 1-1/32" ID mouth, and a lip. Takes a #5-1/2 rubber stopper, but a #6 will do the job.

You'll get (638) of these clear-glass 2ml bottles (15mm X 32mm tall) packed in a plastic sleeve. Just the ticket for essential (or even non-essential, we suppose) oils. Double Convexity
This very nice clear glass lens is large, 3-9/16" dia, and DCX (double convex) with a magnification of approx 2X and a focal length of approx 10". Quite pleasing just to have on a desktop, but a good item for physics classrooms or folks who want to make their own Sherlockian magnifying glass.
