Actually, to dye with. Top quality highly concentrated fabric dyes from Putnam Dye Co. (Since 1876!!) The fadeless dyes come in individual packets with enough for about 1 pound of dry material. And they work on a very wide range of natural and synthetic fabrics. We have a rainbow of colors from which we will pick (3) different ones for your order. They come with instructions.
