Treat With Heat
Start with one naked wire or a number of them, and a piece of our clever tubing, and end up with nice, tightly covered wire. For the specific diameters below, our each is a package of (10) 12" pieces of heat-shrink tubing. For an assortment of sizes, our each is a dozen pieces of 4" long tubing. You'll get (4) pieces each in 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2" diameters. All sizes are black. All will shrink to trim diameters half their current size when heated to 125°C/257°F. If only it worked on waistlines.

Throw a Net over It, Marge!
We wouldn't try to capture 'gators with it, but this 4-ft x 6-ft black nylon, elastic (not-un-bungie-like) cargo net should trap anything else in the back of the pickup, van or kids' bedrooms. Stretches to about 6' x 9', with openings that are 7" square, stretching to maybe a foot, and 16 carabiner-style plastic hooks. Or just hang a couple on a wall for a nice Spiderman effect.

Gel Thingies
Like gummy bears, only these aren't bears and you can't eat them because they're for sticking on windows and other glass surfaces to look at and make pretty colors. The GelMania™ dinosaur gel clingers, 1/8" thick and 3-3/4" to 5-1/2" long, in assorted dino shapes and translucent solid colors, come in sets of (6) and (14). The 1/8" thick and 2" to 4" long sea creatures include a shark, squid, seahorses, starfish, eels (Or is that seaweed?) and little bubbles, all in translucent solid colors, in sets of (20) and (56). The red, orange and yellow star-shaped gel clingers, 1/8" thick and 1-1/2" to 3-1/4" wide, are in sets of (14) and (40). Colorful, oddly pleasant to handle, and way too edible-looking. Keep them away from hungry toddlers.

Sticky Dispenser
To stick on your PC monitor or desktop. From Henkel/Manco, the "Look for the Duck" tape people, this refillable 2-1/2" x 1-1/8" black-plastic tape dispenser comes with 400" of 1/2"-wide cellophane tape. The dispenser can be mounted multiple times on any clean, smooth surface, vertical or horizontal, via its clever base, which acts like self-adhesive tape but never seems to wear out. Microscopic suction cups, they say, and we believe them.

Underachiever Of The Year
Finally, an award for people who haven't accomplished anything. Some folks might think this very high quality black laminated plaque with a high-gloss acrylic coating over the blank front is perfect for laser engraving, painting, or having a brass plaque mounted to it. And it is. That's what it's made for, in fact, but it's awfully tempting as an award for folks who, well, are something of a blank slate. Or black hole. But that's just us -- you decide. Full of Hot Air?
It will be when you inflate it with a hair dryer or heat gun. Here's a great big (8-foot x 6-foot when inflated) hot air balloon, of lightweight vinyl in colorful stripes just like the full-sized ones, but with a spool of nylon monofilament so you can tether it and fly it again tomorrow instead of chasing it down the block. Bejeweled Neo-Clips
They've reinvent the paper clip! The old ones were so awfully dull. These are in snazzy jewel tones, with a plastic case over a set of tiny metal jaws. Slide out the metal jaws, stick the paper inside and push the plastic sleeve to clamp them on. You'll get an assortment of red, deep blue and purple, 3/4" across x 1/2 thick.

If Poppin' Fresh" the dough guy had a kid who joined the fire department, he'd look like our little grinning fire hydrant. Proud to be 2-3/8" tall x 1-1/8" dia at his bottom, he's pleasingly squishy, just like dad, but in yellow and red rubber. And just right for adding a little fun to physical therapy for fingers and thumbs.

The Littlest Headlamp
Or book light. Or bike light. Or anyplace light. At 1-3/16" dia x 1-1/4" deep, it weighs approx nothing but has a very bright, single white LED with a collimating lens. It's in black plastic and mounted on a little spring clip which has an 11" long, adjustable elastic strap threaded through it. The light swivels 90° on the clip.
