Jacketed cables are encased by black plastic, 1/16" OD, IFC-E1000, 1000nM. What do modelers do with it? A recent magazine on model railroading showed how to build a lighted marquee using fiber optics. Pretty neat!! The big boys get $1.60 to $1.90/per foot for this stuff!! All fiber optics sold in 10-ft lengths. Extremely neat!!

Full Page Magnifying Sheet

Flat plastic Fresnel lens. This flexible magnifier is 7-1/4" x 10-1/4" and only about a millimeter thick. It is great when you need to scan a list or to look for something in a directory. You can see most of the page without moving the magnifier. Only about 1.5 power, but that can make a huge visual difference. The quality is not high, but neither is the price.
