This 10-piece set of diamond-encrusted core drill bits comes in a wooden presentation case (Hey, they've got diamonds on them!) and includes 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-3/8", 1-1/2", 2", and 2-3/8" dia. Shanks are 1/4" except the (2) largest, which are 3/8", and all the bits are slotted to blow out dust. Each bit is 1-1/4" deep. Electronic Plant Monitoring
You can’t trust nature (it’s red in tooth and claw, remember?) but you can monitor its effect on plants with any of these electronic meters. The pH meter has a 7-1/2" long metal probe with a 1-5/8” x 3/4” ballistic meter on top that displays pH from 3 to 10. The moisture meter has a 7-1/2” long probe with a 1-1/2” x 3/4” ballistic meter, and measures 11” long OA, with a watering chart on the back of the package. No batteries: they work via chemical reaction to different metals (either that or it’s magic).

They call it the IQ Clip, because it remembers better than you do. It's a thin little electronic LCD clock and alarm with a clip (to hook it on a file, belt or pocket) and a magnetic back (to stick it to a file cabinet or kitchen appliance). It has a 15-minute resolution and can be set for any time up to 99 days in the future. The same-day alarm will give you four reminders; the future-date alarm will warn you every 15 minutes for up to 24 hours in advance. It's like your mother, but with a snooze button. We're using semantic obfuscation to crowd this plastic finger hook into a scientific category. It really doesn't cut it as science, but sure has been a popular novelty in our stores. An embedded 1/2" long wood screw will secure this flesh-colored finger to a rail, the side of a desk, a wall, or the back of a door. It then functions as an amusing hook for towels, robes, coats, tools, or attention. In fact the silly things seem to be beckoning, but we were afraid to call them "come hither hookers" for fear of misinterpretation. When installed, the fingernail, which might look a bit better with a little bright red polish, stands 2" from the mounting surface. Sold in fours because this importer doesn't deal in thumbs.
