Tootin' Our Laser
We don't like to brag, but it's tough not to in a case like this. This is a wonderful pen-shaped laser pointer, 5-1/4" long, flat black or silver with gold pocket clip and head. It throws a red point a loong way (we've thrown it two city blocks at night, and it would've gone farther, but buildings got in the way). And what are we so proud of? We've seen a very similar item-not identical, mind you, but essentially the same-in one of those glossy, toys-for-grown-men catalogs. Their price? $20! We're proud not to be profit-mongers, buy it here and you can take pride in your smart shopping habits. Batteries included.

See-Thru Bags
It's clear that we can't describe all of these crystal-clear vinyl bags and totes. We've seen them from 5" x 2-1/2" x 5" deep to 11" x 2-1/2" x 9" deep and in half a dozen sizes in between; with white, black and no binding; with and without handles. Most have zippers, but a few don't. The vinyl in most is similar to what is used in a makeup bag. What they all have in common is that their high quality. We'll just pick out (4) assorted styles for you and save you the anguish of the decision.

Cut Right To It
This all-purpose scissors is the favorite of everyone at A.S.&S.: Pat uses his to cut and strip wire. C.J. uses his to slit the tape on packages. Mary Ann uses hers to open bags of pretzels. It's 6-1/4" long overall, with a very sharp 2" stainless steel blade and large, comfortable handles. It would sell for $9.95 retail if it was new, but it was used for one day to cut cloth in the assembly plant of a major car company, then discarded. Quality control is a wonderful thing.

Felt Craft Kits
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD-Small Parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.
Each kit has (4) 4-3/8" squares, (12) assorted animal shapes (holes punched for attaching), approx 45" of yarn, and (2) plastic needles. The felt is in assorted colors. Nice, safe intro to sewing for tykes, but could also be stripped for parts.

Crunched Numbers
Numberetti? What else would you toss on people's heads at a Fiscal New Year's Eve party, but confetti made from punched out numbers?!? And letteretti? When she's finally published, what's better than letter confetti?!? The tissue-paper letters and numbers, in assorted colors and approx 1-3/4" high, are also a nice touch at graduation parties for accounting or journalism majors! Sunprint® Kit
Sunprints (or cyanotypes, or photograms) are everyone's favorite photo-sensitivity experiment, from third-graders to graphic artists and fine artists. You pick: The Sunprinters are a dozen 3-15/16" square sheets of photosensitive paper, an acrylic backing sheet and instructions. The large Sunprint Kit has (15) sheets of 12" x 7-3/4" photosensitive paper plus a clear acrylic sheet of the same size.
