Banish Scratches
If you'd had these felt pads earlier, you'd feel like a genius instead of a klutz and there wouldn't be a scratch on that expensive table from that inexpensive lamp/vase/ceramic giraffe. Better stash away a package of the pads right now. That will give you (56) self-adhesive, beige-colored, 3/8" dia felt circles, and at least 14 chances to be a genius.

Plastic Beakers

Grabbers
Gadgeteers, get out your charge card. This is an instrument you absolutely have to own. It reaches down below sofa cushions, inside piggy banks, into fish tanks, and past a gallbladder. Not simultaneously, of course. The slim stainless steel alligator forceps is 11" long OA, with a 2-1/2" angled handle and an 8-1/2" reach. It has small 5/8" long serrated jaws, delicate but tight, at the very tip! Better buy an extra. We guarantee people are going to "borrow" these if they see them.

Safely Caged
Cage the wild light bulb in order to protect it from its natural enemy, Vandalus urbanosa. Unlike the domestic indoor bulb which can be protected with a silk or paper shade, this more-endangered bulb is found outdoors or in rugged industrial habitats. Our yellow-plastic cage is available for bulbs of 100 watts or less. (Bulb should not touch plastic.) This cage is 6–1/2” long x 5” dia at its widest point. One side has a release latch for access to the bulb. They fit over a medium-base socket to protect the lamp in it. Hardware included.

Buncha Trays 'N' Lids
These are left over from those scrumptious hot meals that hospitals serve. Use the trays and lids when you're under the weather, or serving someone who is. Mix and match them, but carefully, since the round lids fit some bottoms better than others-and the 8" square x 2-7/8" deep lid don't fit nothin' we've got. On the other hand, we think the trays also make perfect indestructible flower pot saucers, and the lids, which have recessed handles so they can sit on their heads (which is more than you can do), would make nice wide planters themselves. Some of them say they can take heat and some say they can't but we're pretty sure they're talking about hospital ovens because they all do just fine warming up tortillas in the office microwave. Assorted unmatched colors (our choice).

Unnatural Pebbles
Because sometimes we (and presumably your pet fish) can get tired of all those boring earth tones. Our each is a pack of (20) small translucent acrylic pebbles suitable for, well, whatever pebbles are suited for, including aquariums, floral displays and craft projects. Got Plastic Slivers?
Try plastic tweezers. Joke. But you do need this pair of 5" long blue-plastic tweezers, with serrated jaws and 1/16" wide tips, for electronics applications (no fear of magnetization). They're safer for kids' crafts classes and school projects, too, and mighty affordable at less than 35 cents each.

Butane Beauty
It's stylish, it's handy, it has a slightly menacing look to it, and-truth be told-it's a lot of fun. It's a handheld butane torch, great for everyone: in the lab, under the hood, working with circuitry, melting copper and other metals; heck, a chef can even use it to flambé the dessert. 6-1/4" tall, 3-5/8" x 2-1/4" dia base, 3-5/8" long at the top, with a textured grip, push-button start with safety, and air adjustment to control the size of the flame. Easy to fill with butane, which you'll need to do 'cause no fuel is included.

We Wuz Framed
And we did it ourselves with this little mat cutter and self-healing cutting mat. The dual-blade mat cutter has a comfy rubber handle and a removable bevel for clean 45° cuts. The blade adjusts to 9/16" deep and is 4-1/2" long OA, and replacement blades are standard stock in art supply stores. The hard rubber cutting mat is self-healing and no, we don't know how it does that. It's 11-3/4" x 8-3/4" x 1/8" thick, marked with 1/8" and 5mm increments and 1/2" squares, and lines for 45° and 60° cuts.

Picasso's Pal
This clever little artist's brush holder/cleaner will keep those oil or watercolor brushes standing up (or down) straight with their little heads under water or paint thinner, clean and un-bent until you need them. A 4" dia x 2" deep aluminum cup is topped by a 6" tall U-shaped handle with a brush-holding spring across the top. Inside the cup is a mesh screen (with its own handle) for to clean the paint off and let it settle to the bottom, away from the bristles. The handle is removable for storage or travel.
