Tough Paper Trays
And lots of ‘em. These coated paper trays are microwave-safe. In fact, they’re very much like the ones used for some commercial frozen entrees, but we draw the line at claiming they’re food-ready or food-safe. At these prices, though, they’d make great lab trays, paint palettes or craft containers for schools—or any place else you need a lot of tough little disposable trays. They measure 8” x 6-3/8” x 1-3/16” deep and are off-white inside, bright orange/red on the outside.

Monster Sheet Magnet
It's the biggest fridge magnet in the world, 47-3/4" long x 7-1/4" wide x .024" thick. It's red vinyl, with a corner lopped off 4" from one end and a 1/4" wide mottled white strip around the edges-and it's just crying to be written on with a marker, dry-erase or otherwise. Stick it on the door vertically and write a two-month grocery list on it. Cut it up and make hundreds of fridge magnets. Stick it on the side of the car or truck and make your own custom, removable sign.

Soldering Gun in a Jar
Wire glue-the solution when you can't find the soldering iron, don't want to bother, are out in the woods, don't quite trust a fifth-grader with a hot gun, can't reach the connection with both hands, whatever. This stuff conducts low voltage AC and DC circuits in a permanent bond and is easy to use. Our high-tech support group suggests that a toothpick is a good way to apply it. Cures overnight. That's what it says on the label, but we don't get it either. We think it's just good quality nylon cord at a bargain. We offer a package of (4) spools (with 1-1/2" long spindles), each with 25 feet of .015" thick, 27-lb test nylon cord. Don't feel obligated to retrieve bait with it.

The Incredible Growing Handles
Better get these beauties before the staff takes them all home: telescoping extension handles (new ones) from the rolling-luggage industry, and we think they're the niftiest things since, well, rolling luggage. Attach them (along with wheels) to tool boxes, build your own rolling storage cases, create pull-out work spaces under desktops or workbenches. This dream handle has dual 1" wide x 3/4" rectangular black steel shafts, 4-1/2" apart, with a 2-draw telescope action and a push button in the handle. The shafts float in a steel bracket that allows the handle to be recessed into a case. This is saw-offable, however, so the handle could also be independently mounted on the outside of a surface. The handle extends 20" for an OA length of 33-1/2"

The above could be 757 jet service to the land of Selim the Sot, we suppose, but in this case it's a handy inflatable footstool for the road, campsites, dorm rooms, poolside or anyplace else where you need to put up your feet without lugging actual furniture or worrying about water damage. You pick black or an ivory/putty color vinyl and inflate the internal bladder to approx 14" tall x 16". The inflated result has an elasticized waist, making it something of a two-pouf stool.

A Bit Sharp
Restore the edges of dull drill bits right on your power drill with this 2-piece sharpener. It would take a long, dull description to explain how the (2) 4-1/4" long attachments work, but they grind the correct angles every time on carbon and high-speed 3.5 mm to 10 mm and 1/8" to 3/8" bits.
