Das Thumbtacker
Only the Germans would come up with this handy device which they call a "Reissnagelfix." About the size and shape of a bicycle handle grip, it has a slotted steel claw in one end that slips under the head of a flat head to pull it. Inside the handle is a chamber filled with (30) thumbtacks of assorted color and instructions in five languages!! The Germans want you to use this tool to insert as well as withdraw thumbtacks. Silly me, I always thought you could put 'em in free hand.

Anti-Static Pads
2" packets, each containing an alcohol-saturated sheet that unfolds to 5" x 7". Suspiciously like the little hand-wipes you get from a fried chicken carry-out place, but meant to remove static from CRT screens, lenses, and anything else you can think of. Not recommended for cleaning grease off your fingers after lunch. Unless, of course, the grease has a static charge.

Rubber Stopper
Pat's been hanging around the medical supply house again. We now have a boatload of rubber stoppers, the kind you see on bottles of liquid medicine, crimped down with an aluminum collar. (Pat didn’t buy the aluminum collars.) The medicine is removed via a hypodermic needle through the stopper. The rubber stoppers come in blue or gray They are 3/4” across the top, 5/16” top to bottom, and fits a 1/2” (13 mm) dia opening. Why would you want them? Because they'll fit many of the small wide-mouth and slope-shouldered bottles in our Bottlemania listing. Pat's really good!

Leveling Trio
If in this offering you can't find the leveling feet to get that table steadied, it is time to get a new table. The feet have 3/8-16 threaded stems and fit the listed insert. The feet: #29977 will lift a leg from about 1/2" to 1-1/4" off the floor and has a plain, flat 7/8" wide hex shaped base.

Peekaboo Canisters
Our aluminum canisters with clear glass pull–off lids are cool. When a set of a dozen contains lavender, red and 10 other colors, it’s cool to the max. The smallest canisters are aluminum–colored, a set of (20) 1–1/4” dia x 3/4” deep in a 6–1/2” x 5–1/4” x 7/8” lightweight aluminum box with a hinged lid. When the box is shut, a layer of foam padding inside the lid presses down on the canisters, keeping them securely closed. An ideal carrying case for paints, many different screws, or other sets of small items or quantities that must remain separate. Next to the postage-stamp-sized magnet that suspends our scissors on the wall of our cubicle, this is our favorite thing. Executive toy consisting of a translucent plastic container, roughly 4" wide 6-3/4" tall x3/4" thick mounted on a swivel on a stand. The container has (1) clear and (2) colored, translucent immiscible fluids. Flip the container on the swivel and an ever changing series of blips and blops of color drift slowly down from the top to the bottom while bubbles and steams of clear rise from bottom to top. A mix of colors results as the blobs appear singly or overlap: red and blue single colors also yield purple patterns. Fascinating.
