A Snarl of Magnet Wire
One of those sharpie East Coast outfits pulled a fast one on this poor naive Midwestern dealer. The result is we have a pile of exotic coated copper magnet wire. The coatings and colors vary widely, as does the gauge of the wire. With a couple of exceptions there isn't enough of any one kind among the hundreds in the pile to list separately. So we are offering an assortment and you get whatever we grab. Either way you will get a terrific value, particularly if you have an exotic application and get just what you need. Even if you are just making a garden variety coil or electromagnet you will still find the prices are very good. So go ahead, profit from our misfortune. We are glad to be of service. Sigh.

LED Displays
A big grab bag of LED display tiles. Assorted colors - red, green, amber - and displays. Small are 1" x 2" and smaller; 3-9 volts; and include seven-segment numeric, dot matrix, and alphanumeric. Sorry, we can't tell you what size or display you'll get, but Small has at least (4) different. Think of it as a surprise present from Uncle Barry. Hook 'em up and find out what he gave you!

Mini-Monster Prism
Optical grade unsilvered glass prism from Uncle's WWII tank periscopes. This one is 2-1/8" on the hypotenuse, 5-3/4" long, and 1-1/2" on each leg. They may come with small non-interfering chips or surface scratches. Great for classroom experiments or for art projects. Clamp Champs
A champion way to clamp down on damage caused by your clamping. Smooth self–adhesive disks and pads that stick to the jaws of the clamp; protects wood, glass, ceramic and other delicate clampable material from being marked when the clamp is applied. Available in (2) circular sizes for C–clamps and rectangular pads that you cut to size for bar clamps, vises, and the like. Also fine for protecting from furniture/floor damage, a la foam pads. 1/16” thick plastic, with 1/32” thick adhesive foam backing. Pads are 4” x 2–1/2” ; (2) to a package, so you get (8) pads per order. Circles come in diameters of 7/8” ((8) per package).

Diamond point bits that, if used by your dentist would send you through the roof. The assortment of bits includes cylinders, cones (points), balls and a couple of special shapes all in a variety of sizes. In the set of (20), each has 3/32" dia. shank and is about 2-3/4" long OA. In the set of (10), each has a 1/8" dia. shank and is about 1-3/4" long OA, with larger size bit heads. Both come in plastic cases. A craftsperson's delight!!

SURPRISE!!
Mystery Boxes of stuff like what you see in the catalog. Maybe we had a little left but not enough to continue the listing. Maybe we only got a few as part of an odd lot. Maybe we just lost some, and just found them in our warehouse. You will get items which originally listed for at least $25.00 total in our catalog (or would have, if we had enough). You pick. The "electro-mechanical" box has things like motors, switches and components that are useful parts but want to be worked into something bigger. The "consumer" box has more ready-to-go type items, and things that don't have as technical a flavor, like bottles, toys, books and giant rubber bands. The fun is in the mystery and surprise. Perfect if you don't know what to give Aunt Maude and Uncle Ned, or if you can't decide how to bring your order up to the minimum. Every couple of months the contents will keep changing, so even if you have gotten a box before, feel free to order again! (Please note: Ordering multiple boxes at the same time will result in duplicate items.)

Timing Motors
These are really geared reduction motors, but much smaller and of lower power. Often used to operate cams and switches in electrical circuits, or to drive displays, they can generally be operated in continuous applications if not heavily loaded. Most are about 2" dia. x 1-1/2" thick. Remember CW means “Clockwise” and CCW “Counter–clockwise,” looking at the shaft.

Screaming Yellow Banners
Each has black lettering stenciled on bright yellow plastic tape, with the message repeated over and over. They are 3" wide by 200 ft or 1000 ft long. All are the real thing, made for sale to police and other serious users. Some have an obvious industrial application, some will work in the school playground, some seem appropriate to cordon off the kids’ rooms.

Neon indicator lamp, complete in a snap-in panel mounting. The mounting bezel is 7/8" x 1-1/2" and the lamp lens is 7/16" x 7/8". UL and CSA rated for 3/8 watts, 125 V. It has (2) spade connectors and should be great for the model railroad control panel.

Chuck Buddy
Every 3/8" power drill's best friend. It has a black plastic cone that will fit over a standard chuck with the drill bit for a pilot hole still chucked in place. On the end of the cone is a steel tube with a tip to hold a standard 1/4" screwdriver bit. Leave the driver in the buddy and slip it on and off the chuck to change quickly and easily between drilling pilot holes and driving wood screws. That's what friends are for.

We have the perfect thermocouple probes to probe your every temperature! Surface, moving surface, air, insertion and general purpose probes, with appropriate temperature ranges, are durable, well-made tools that are built to last. The 9000 series probes are compatible with any meter that accepts a mini-connector plug, so you can use your favorite. The actual probes range from 4" to 7", except the Moving Surface Bow with Replacement Element, which has an 11" wand. They all have 5" comfort-grip handles.
