Precision Hopscotch
We were SO tempted to put this in the tool section, instead of the toy section, even if it is from Ideal Toys. The 30-ft refillable chalk line reel works just like the grownup version, and it's a very attractive price, for as often as most of us use one. If anyone asks, tell them the 3-1/2" long plastic case is red and yellow so it's easy to find in your toolbox.

You're a Doll
And you need a backyard. So you can get out of the dollhouse once in a while, maybe entertain, sunbathe, garden a little. Our yard is about 1/12 scale, 18-1/2" x 13-1/4" with a 2" wooden fence and a latching gate, plus a winding path. Comes complete with a pair of long wooden planters to hang on the fence, another pair of 3-1/2" dia polyresin planting tubs that you could actually plant in, a 6" tall tool shed with a metal rake and shovel hanging on it, a round black metal table with (2) patio chairs, a birdbath (with bird), birdhouse on a pole, wheelbarrow, watering can, and (1) tiny, but entrancing, frog. All the fun of landscape design for the dollhouse crowd, but without the worms.

But first, a caveat for the devout emptor: If the word "sacrilegious" gives you pause, you might want to stop reading right now. If not, then this is your chance to quite literally chuck a (tiny) nun with the Nunchuck hand catapult. Frankly, we don't think the chucking game gets any better than this. The spring-loaded black-and-white-plastic nun-gun is 5-3/4" long and comes with (4) assorted Little (1-1/4" tall) Sisters of the Air, ready to soar across the room. Extras available in packs of (10), despite the decline in vocations. (We get extra points, by the way, for not making Flying Nun jokes in this description, but you should feel free.)

And watch swirly, pink goo weave sinuous spiral patterns inside the 2-1/2" dia x 12" tall clear acrylic tubes that form the uprights for these large futuro table lamps. Each Flo-Lamp stands 19-1/2" tall OA with a 6-1/2" dia black base and an opaque, black-steel, shallow-bowl shade 11-1/4" dia. A Message From One Of Your Fans
Literally. Here's a little (4-3/8" tall) battery-operated plastic fan with an LED display built into one of the rubber blades. While it blows the air it also magically flashes (6) different messages of up to (16) characters each. You create the messages with push-buttons on the side and watch them scroll and rotate. "I'm all sweaty" and "Leave me alone" both fit, we've learned. Will hang from an 18" neck cord or stand up on its little bottom. Fan body color can be blue, red, green or black, our choice. You're Feeling Calm...
Very calm. You're sensing inner peace and seeing the comforting, soft lights at the very core of consciousness. It's on account of you've got the Color Cube, dude. It's a soft white cube, 2-7/8" on a side with internal LEDs that morph from purple to pink, light green and blue every (5) seconds or so. Hydroponic Babies
Finally, a new way to grow your offspring. Soak the little (egg-sized) egg in water for a couple of days and a 4" tall, naked rubber baby will crack the shell and hatch. Some people might think it's just the tiniest bit creepy, but we think it makes a nice change from hatching dinosaurs.
