Teutonic Noise
Plastic siren/whistle made in West Germany. A touch over 3/4" in diameter and a similar touch under 2" long. that makes it hard, but not impossible, to swallow, so please use care in teaching youngsters to sound like a miniature air raid siren. The well-made whistle has a perforated metal disk that rotates in response to a silent blast from the perpetrator's; lungs. This creates a high-pitched reasonably loud and certainly distinctive siren-sound that picks up pitch in relation to the air velocity, sustains it as long as your wind holds out, and winds down quickly thereafter. A fine way to signal your arrival or departure. Probably not loud enough to collect the clan at the beach, but it should get their attention in the classroom!!

The Penny Cutters
These are the so-called miracle shears from Pakistan. They were designed for use by paramedics and others needing quickly to cut wire, light sheet metal, or other tough stuff that might stand between them and their quarry. They are normally demonstrated cutting a penny in two. Which they will do. But not as a steady diet. Let's dispel a few myths. While these are Pakistani stainless, we're not talking any miracles in manufacturing. They are good for their purpose, and real handy to have in the old tool box. But their purpose isn't making pennies into 5-mil pieces, and you will twist or break them at about the same time you find out that you've done the same thing to U.S. laws! For sheet metal or wire or fishing leaders or tin cans or whatever, be our guests.

The bird and the wand are covered in soft velour. So far we've unpacked a purple pelican, blue toucan, hot-pink flamingo, and multicolored parrot. About 15" tall OA. Our choice.

Happy Slime Egg
So call it "Slappy." The clear-plastic egg has transparent slime for ersatz albumen and a 1" super-bouncy ball with a smiley face for a yolk. It comes apart so you can interact with the insides. Staggeringly low educational value but a whoopee factor that's off the charts.

On account of he doesn't change color. Cute though-little green pop-eyed rubber lizard guy, 4-3/4" from stuck-out tongue to the tip of his tail. The expression on his face looks like "I think maybe I just ate something bad."

Orca Eggs!
They don't? Oh, right, they're mammals. Nonetheless, our sea life critter puzzles, which include orcas, come packed in handy little egg-like containers. We'll pick one with a clever rubber puzzle inside, either a 9-piece orca or an 8-piece dolphin. They're both 3-5/8" long model critters when assembled, cute, and nicely detailed.

Happy, The Hydrant
If Poppin' Fresh" the dough guy had a kid who joined the fire department, he'd look like our little grinning fire hydrant. Proud to be 2-3/8" tall x 1-1/8" dia at his bottom, he's pleasingly squishy, just like dad, but in yellow and red rubber. And just right for adding a little fun to physical therapy for fingers and thumbs.

Boogie Bot
Makes us want to dance every time we wind up one of these clever/goofy fools. The little 3-1/2" tall squarehead with the smiley face does what some of us (of a certain age) believe is a modified bugaloo. Very nice hip action, a rotating tummy, and watch out for those swinging arms. If you've ever said "to live is to dance; to dance is to live," you need this guy. We'll send you a red, grey or blue version, but frankly, you ought to have to a pair, because nobody likes to boogie alone.
