Inverted Lid
We suspect this clear plastic bathtub shaped "bowl" was made as the lid for some horrible airplane food dish. It is very light weight, flimsy even, 5-1/4" long x 2-3/4" wide 1-3/16" deep. Hold frog parts in it in biology. Mix craft glop in it. Hold sequins while sewing, or watch parts while seeking the source of ticking. Great to cover one large stalk of celery stuffed with cream cheese and placed on a dish of your choosing.

Endless Time
More fun for the easily amused! A very stylish 3-1/2" x 5-1/4" clear acrylic panel, less that 1/2" thick has two flattened hourglass chambers within it. Both have non-toxic fluids and suspended in one are black grains that are heavier than the liquid. In the other are colored grains that are lighter. Flip the works from one black plastic end to the other and the grains slowly do their things, black down, colored up, over maybe a five minute period. Very soothing. We'll pick your color from neon red, orange, chartreuse and magenta.

We admit to being old fashioned and believing that food should not be served in a plastic basket. Therefore we consider these items best suited to tiny loads of laundry, carrying summer drinks to the patio set and holding the day's mail for Suzy to come home. However we are often told we are out of it. So you in the "In crowd" will doubtless prefer to serve your barbeque and picnic fare in (on?), okay, with a set of these dudes. The small rectangular is (7-3/4" x 10-3/4") and is white. The oval's are a small (6" x 9-1/4") it being yellow. All have slightly sloped sides and an inside depth of nearly 1-1/2". The bottoms are solid and the sides punched out as "baskets."

Mystery Boxes of stuff like what you see in the catalog. Maybe we had a little left but not enough to continue the listing. Maybe we only got a few as part of an odd lot. Maybe we just lost some, and just found them in our warehouse. You will get items which originally listed for at least $25.00 total in our catalog (or would have, if we had enough). You pick. The "electro-mechanical" box has things like motors, switches and components that are useful parts but want to be worked into something bigger. The "consumer" box has more ready-to-go type items, and things that don't have as technical a flavor, like bottles, toys, books and giant rubber bands. The fun is in the mystery and surprise. Perfect if you don't know what to give Aunt Maude and Uncle Ned, or if you can't decide how to bring your order up to the minimum. Every couple of months the contents will keep changing, so even if you have gotten a box before, feel free to order again! (Please note: Ordering multiple boxes at the same time will result in duplicate items.)

Peekaboo Canisters
Our aluminum canisters with clear glass pull–off lids are cool. When a set of a dozen contains lavender, red and 10 other colors, it’s cool to the max. The smallest canisters are aluminum–colored, a set of (20) 1–1/4” dia x 3/4” deep in a 6–1/2” x 5–1/4” x 7/8” lightweight aluminum box with a hinged lid. When the box is shut, a layer of foam padding inside the lid presses down on the canisters, keeping them securely closed. An ideal carrying case for paints, many different screws, or other sets of small items or quantities that must remain separate. Clever Idea #763
This idea is for the birds. Literally. A green/black plastic perch, dish, and dispenser that you can screw onto an inverted plastic pop bottle to convert it into a bird feeder. Obviously, the bottle should have been emptied of pop and filled with seed. One of those "100 things to do with old coat hangers" ideas that really works!! Complete with instructions and bail to hang the completed feeder.

The Penny Cutters
These are the so-called miracle shears from Pakistan. They were designed for use by paramedics and others needing quickly to cut wire, light sheet metal, or other tough stuff that might stand between them and their quarry. They are normally demonstrated cutting a penny in two. Which they will do. But not as a steady diet. Let's dispel a few myths. While these are Pakistani stainless, we're not talking any miracles in manufacturing. They are good for their purpose, and real handy to have in the old tool box. But their purpose isn't making pennies into 5-mil pieces, and you will twist or break them at about the same time you find out that you've done the same thing to U.S. laws! For sheet metal or wire or fishing leaders or tin cans or whatever, be our guests.
