Always At Your Fingertips
Next to the postage-stamp-sized magnet that suspends our scissors on the wall of our cubicle, this is our favorite thing. The dark-brown, rubber-coated channel magnet is only 3/4" x 3/8" x 5/16", snaps around a standard ballpoint pen (up to 5/16" dia), and has just the right amount of strength to hold the pen on a metal drawer front or on the side of a file cabinet. And you can get enough for the whole office for less than the cost of your morning latte!

Acid Brush
Did 'ja ever wonder why these little brushes are called "Acid brushes"? Why don't they call them "Steel handled brushes." And why are the handles 1/4" dia rolled metal?? And why are they No. 1?? Why not 6", which is what they are, including 3/4" of bristles. Our man in France says the brushes are used to apply an acidic liquid flux to articles that are to be soldered together. So now we know.

Amber/Dropper Top
Carry eyedrops, eardrops, anydrops in this great little 5ml amber glass bottle. It has a rubber bulb and glass dropper in a gasketed, knurled, white-plastic screw cap. The bottle is 1-1/2" tall x 13/16" dia with a 1/2" ID mouth. The dropper is 2-1/8" long OA. Very, very nice.

How do these retractable tapes measure up to each other? Nice black-plastic cases, metal tapes marked in inches and millimeters, locking mechanisms, and belt clips. The 10-ft tape measures inches in 1/16” increments.

Gee, can you spot the misprint? Even if the Chinese manufacturer couldn't make a proper 'N', the company could sure make alligator clips, like these sturdy 2" steel clips that can be crimped on the end of wires. They come in bags of (6) and you'll get (2) for a total of (12) clips.

A Beauty Of A Box
Elegant-looking storage for toiletries, makeup, cotton balls, or whatever you'd like to keep on a bathroom counter. The transparent plastic container with a blue-gray tint is a 4-1/4" x 2-7/8" oval, 5-3/8" tall. Lift off the 1-3/8" deep lid with the small silver logo of a high-end cosmetics house on it, and you can stand makeup brushes or nail files in the 4" deep bottom. We who are not very interested in makeup will call it streamlined instead of elegant, and use the bottom on our desk as a trim pencil cup.

Tipper? Or A Tiny Topper?
We're calling this a Tipper because it's a natural for sliding onto the tip of a Christmas tree branch or over the end of a pencil, etc., during the holiday season - but the 1-3/16" dia glass ball trimmed with a decorative gold leaf or two sits on an approx 3/4" x 3/8" dia coil of gilded wire, so it can be attached to bows or braids or almost anything. Each bag of six is a single color. You get (2) bags, our choice of yellow, citron, olive green, turquoise, blue, lavender, pink, red, dark orange or orange.

Sparkly Plastic Gym Wallet?
See-through cigarette case? Post-modern reticule? You decide. It's a 4-1/4" x 2-7/8" x 3/4" thick plastic container with a latched flip-top. Translucent sparkly plastic in our choice of red, green, blue, purple or orange. For adults, unless you throw away the neck cord that comes with it. (It doesn't have a breakaway safety clasp.) Why so cheap? The gasket is missing, so the flip-top flips a tad too easily and the case isn't waterproof. A little glue, a little plastic coated wire -- or a little piece of that neck cord -- in the bottom of the lid could solve these little problems.

A hundred of them at under 2 cents a pop. Or a zip. Our each is a bag of white nylon wire ties with (40) at 4" long x 3/32", (30) at 6" x 3/32", (20) at 8" x 1/8", and (10) at 10" x 1/8". Every toolbox should have at least one bag of these.

Heads And Arms Above The Rest
We hardly know where to start. What has (5) heads and (10) arms? Our bag-o-blondes! Mounted on 4-3/4" long wires, these 1-3/8" dia heads with long blond tresses and the 1" long forearms with hands make very nice small dolls. Serious crafters will appreciate the instructions that are included for making dresses for them. The less serious will realize that sticking a head and a pair of hands into the top of a cake (mid-popping out, as it were) would make those office birthdays a little more special. The twisted will just have fun with vegetables. (You'll never play with that potato-head guy again.) Our each, at a measly buck and a quarter, is enough heads and arms for (5) dolls. Or (5) cupcakes.
