
Can't beat a classic. These uncoated ceramic donut magnets have a 1-lb pull, which makes them dandy for classroom or refrigerator use. They measure 1-1/4" dia x 3/8" ID x 3/16" thick and are polarized on the faces. You get a wrapped roll of 29 donuts.

…but we know it's from the French Army. When we found this larger-than-usual 12V 80-watt soldering iron from France, we bought it for our imported tool fans, or anyone soldering big stuff like pipes and radiators. Measures approx 15" long, depending on how far out you set the 5/16" dia offset tip. Has a pair of big alligator clips (no funny French plugs) on the end of the 4-1/2-foot cord. Only used to solder little old général's hot water pipes on Sundays. In a gray plastic case.
