The Gourmet Portabella Mushroom Growing Kit has a 12 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 10" box, a 10-lb bag of compost and mushroom spawn, and a 1/2-lb bag of peat moss. Follow the directions, add water, and grow 6 to 9 lbs of mushrooms! Sounds like a good science project that could end up in a salad!!
