Her size and gait are remarkably similar to those of Sparkdino, and she spews similar (though much more holy) sparks from her gaping mouth. She's decked out in the church's finest: black robe and hood with a white wimple, a cross around her neck, bible in one hand, and a ruler (shudder!) in the other.
