Butane Beauty
It's stylish, it's handy, it has a slightly menacing look to it, and-truth be told-it's a lot of fun. It's a handheld butane torch, great for everyone: in the lab, under the hood, working with circuitry, heck, a chef can even use it to flambé the dessert. 6-1/4" tall, 3-5/8" x 2-1/4" dia base, 3-5/8" long at the top, with a textured grip, push-button start with safety, and air adjustment to control the size of the flame. Easy to fill with butane, which you'll need to do 'cause no fuel is included.

Helping Hands... and Eyes
We just wish there was something, anything, to do around here that required this thing, on account of it's so cool. Our newest Helping Hand has a pair of alligator clips on swiveling arms, likewise a 2-1/4" dia x 1.5X magnifier plus an LED flashlight on a gooseneck. Everything swivels every way there is and tightens with little thumbscrews-and some of the configurations look like it's maybe alive, and from Venus. Jewelry makers? Diamond cutters? Forensic scientists? Maybe we'll start making small electronics, or tying flies.

A handy space-saver, this 6-outlet tap expands a double outlet (with grounded plugs) to take (6) grounded plugs. In medium-gray plastic, it measures 4-3/4" x 3-1/8" x 1-1/4" thick, with the outlets on the long sides. The plugs run in the same direction, along the long axis. You've come to the right place. Our illuminated, magnifying helping hand even has a stand to hold a soldering iron. On a 2-1/4" x 2-1/2" cast iron base with a small-parts well, it has a sliding arm on a ball-joint with (2) alligator clips that move on (2) axes. On a second rotating ball-joint arm is a generous 3-14" dia 2X magnifier with a 6X inset lens and a pair of white LEDS. More like (3) helping hands than (1).
