Bookmarks!
Plastic bookmarks, each about 2" sq. The center and outer rim are separated: slide it over a page so the center is on one side and the rim is on the other to hold your place. The centers have a variety of (mostly) sports logos, but some have illuminated letters from medieval manuscripts. Snap them off a strip of (6) identical (the illuminated letters are all eg: "B" but the illumination is different for each one). We'll give you (6) strips, at least (3) different.

Surplus' Secret

Plainsers
Here on the prairie we resent the calling of those things one puts under a glass "coasters". Why should the ocean fronts always get the credit?? So we are offering these roughly 3-1/2" sq. plastic devices under the inland name of "plainsers" You will get (8) all the same color of our choice, be it orange, brown, gold, black, silver or clear. We say square, but the sides are slightly convex out. Kind of like our midriff. An excellent value under any name.

Hole Liner
Heyco #SB-625-500 hard black plastic grommet. Split down the side, it is 11/16" OD, 1/2" ID to fit a 5/8" dia hole. It is 17/32" long OA with a small flange at one end, and a snap positioned 9/32" back on the shaft. Sounds about right for a 1/4" thick panel to us.

Protective Lens
One of those clear plastic jobs that goes over an automotive light or some such. It provides a bit of focusing to strengthen the beam and some protection, but isn't really an optical element. This one is 2-7/8" sq. x 9/16" thick. Actually, the plastic is only about 1/8" thick, but there is a rim to the rear which gives it overall depth. Good protection for outdoor lights. Could be set in the outhouse door to admit distorted light. Or flip it over and serve nuts in it.

Vegetable Hook
Large plastic hook, pointed on one end, blunt on the other. We have no idea what it was made for. Some suggest a meat hook in a pet food factory, which the shape supports. But the red or white plastic suggests not. Maybe it is for veggies? A loyal reader is convinced that it goes over a door and bananas are hung from it. Sounds good to us. The blunt end is shaped to hang over a square beam, 1-1/4" or so thick. The other pointy end, when the hook is so hung, will be 3" from the beam top, and will point out 3" and up @ about 15°. The whole is made of 3/8" dia plastic rod. You figure out what to do with it.

Cheap Feet
White plastic swiveling feet for 1" dia furniture legs. We suggest that they might also serve as pedestals for small kinetic sculptures. 1-1/8" high overall, they appear to add about 3/8" to the height of your table, chair or stabile.

Good red neon indicator light of the square variety. Operates on 125 VAC, 1/3 W. It snaps into a 1-1/8" x 1/2" panel hole and is 1-5/16" deep including the (2) spade connectors. The white plastic bezel and housing surrounds a 13/16" x 3/8" red lens. Probably an on indicator from an appliance or tool.

Assorted sizes and types most on 8-1/2" x 11" sheets. All are peel off, self adhesive and most are white. But some are day-glo green, or orange or whatever. They vary from 1/2" dia. circles to 1/4 page squares in size, with the majority probably in the rectangular 1" or 2" x 2" to 4" range. We promise that you will really get a mix in your assortment of (12) sheets!!
