The tan tape is, well, tan, and the standard lightweight, 2” carton-sealing tape, available in 36 and 110 yard lengths, both of which are on 3” cores and fit the dispenser. Double-Sided Tape
This clear cellophane tape is twice as sticky -- it has adhesive on both sides! It's flat, like that narrow tape that comes with the famous plaid label, but it's 3" wide. The roll is 21-3/4 feet long on a 1-1/2" core. Great for bigger jobs.

From Henkel/Manco, the "Look for the Duck" tape people, this refillable 2-1/2" x 1-1/8" black-plastic tape dispenser comes with 400" of 1/2"-wide cellophane tape. The dispenser can be mounted multiple times on any clean, smooth surface, vertical or horizontal, via its clever base, which acts like self-adhesive tape but never seems to wear out. Steam Tape
Looks like ordinary masking tape, 1" wide x 60 yards, but made by Steris® Corp for use in autoclaves. Sticks tight, removes easily, is imbedded with cross-wise stripes that become visible when the steam temperature reaches 121°C (250°F), and permanent marker won't, they say, bleed or smear on it. Great stuff for medical or lab use, but also handy if you're repainting the sauna. (Or anything else. Looks just like everyday masking tape and costs less, despite it's hidden talents.) Made in the USA.
