Wax Works
Is that a cup of little lemon jelly beans? And lime? Orange? Light red? A bowl of burgundy-colored baked bean candies? Definitely not, no matter how sweet they look! Those are colored, scented wax shapes to be melted down to create candles. Each color is packed in 4-oz bags of approx (100) pieces. Each package contains (3) bags, (3) different colors (our choice). Enticing shapes and colors. Keep the kids away from them!

The fitted plastic carrying case 12" x 8-1/2" x 3-1/2" contains not only the 120VAC-powered 8,000-30,000 rpm mini grinder, but a stand with a C-clamp to mount it on a bench or table, a 3-ft extension shaft, and a good assortment of bits, grinding stones, cut-off wheels, etc, including collets to fit 1/8" and 1/16" bits. The telescoping stand extends from 10" to almost 22" and holds the tool above your work, while you grind, sand, cut, etc., with the tip of the convenient, easy-to-grip, flexible extension. GITD Glue
Give posters, glasses, maybe sweatshirts (we didn't test it on fabric) a warm GLOW. The goo in the 1/3-oz tube is the consistency of white glue and works just like it, but comes in pastel pink, peach, green and yellow, all of which glow in the dark. It has a narrow writing tip under a screw cap. We'll pick at least (2) different colors for you.

Punch Set
Punch 1/8" to 1/2" holes in leather, balsa wood, etc., with this set of (9) steel punches. The punches, which come in a fitted black-plastic carrying case, are 1/2", 7/16", 25/64", 3/8", 5/16", 1/4", 3/16", 5/32" and 1/8". Small, but mighty useful if you need a tiny tap and die set for threading wire or stripped screws. The micro set has a 3-1/4" long die plate and 14 taps (sizes 7 through 20 -- read 0.7 mm through 2.0 mm), and a mighty attractive price. A little oily in its vinyl storage pouch -- but it's all steel, after all, and has to safeguard its complexion.

Sculpting Tools
AKA wax carvers. Each tool is about 6" long, stainless steel, with a shaped head on each end. Set "B" has two smaller arrow heads, two sort of like golf clubs and two more small (1/8"+) "spoons". The smaller sizes mean slightly sharper edges and points, but they are still basically dull. You certainly could use them to model in wax, or in clay, or to sculpt plaster of Paris. Handy and unusual.

Bone Up On Anatomy
You're not going to blow money on an actual human skeleton, are you? Consider that for a tenth of the price you can get an anatomically accurate skeleton done in plastic. This model is male (judging by the hips) and has many articulated joints-jaw, shoulder, knee, etc. Its small size (33") makes it practical for classroom use, since it can be passed around the room. Other nice touches include discrete neck vertebrae, a sectioned skull, and very little "flash" from the plastic molds. It also comes with a metal display stand, weighted at the bottom to prevent spills. Yes, some concessions had to be made because of the size and price, but this is still an invaluable teaching tool, and quite a nice decoration for those with morbid minds.

See-Thru Bags
It's clear that we can't describe all of these crystal-clear vinyl bags and totes. We've seen them from 5" x 2-1/2" x 5" deep to 11" x 2-1/2" x 9" deep and in half a dozen sizes in between; with white, black and no binding; with and without handles. Most have zippers, but a few don't. The vinyl in most is similar to what is used in a makeup bag. What they all have in common is that their high quality. We'll just pick out (4) assorted styles for you and save you the anguish of the decision.
