Ridgid Wrap
For papier mache modeling, of course. You get a 4"wide x 180" long roll of plaster-coated cloth, wet it, wrap it, and dry it until it's rigid. Finish it with paint or shellac or whatever. "Takes all finishes" the package trumpets. And it's non-toxic, so don't be bashful about rigid-wrapping yourself.

Scratch 'n' Tell
You're back to when the kids were toddlers, and played with the wrappings instead of the presents.
